背景技术
这种依据分类的双列向心推力球轴承从WO85/03749预先公开。在该预先公开物图2中示出的轴承具有一内环和一外环,这两个环具有凸肩,钢球列在力的作用下支承在凸肩上。每列钢球设置在分开的保持架内。
此方面的缺点是,在不存在外环情况下,两整套球与保持架会从内环上轴向滑落。但现在可以想象的安装情况是,先将一个轴承环在轴上或者外壳内定位,同时保证将滚动体保持在该轴承结构件上,然后再通过安装缺少的轴承结构件形成整体的轴承结构单元。
发明内容
本发明的任务因此在于,进一步开发依据分类的滚动轴承,使其安装大大简化。
依据本发明,这一目的按照下面所述情况得以实现,即两个保持架作为带有接受钢球槽的塑料窗孔式保持架构成,保持架之一在其轴向对准内部的末端上具有多个均匀分布在切线方向上彼此相距的隔离架和多个均匀分布在切线方向上彼此相距的保持凸缘,它们与内环或者外环的从属槽嵌接,其中,一个保持架的隔离架防止另一个保持架轴向移动。
通过依据本发明的这种构成,即保持架具有隔离架和保持凸缘,确保在拆下轴承环时,两整套球与保持架不会从它们所处的轴承环上脱落。实现方法为:一方面保持架利用保持凸缘锚接在内环或者外环的槽内,另一方面,隔离架防止第二个保持架轴向脱离其在滚道对面所占据的位置。优点特别在于,滚动体首先可以利用轴承环之一组成不可丢失的部分轴承结构单元,然后通过安装缺少的轴承部件构成整体的轴承结构单元。
