Description

轧机机座和调整轧机机座的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种轧机机座和一种为了轧制生产而调整轧机机座的方法。
背景技术
轧机机座一般包括两个轧机机架,其具有一可调的轧辊调整装置和一辅助调整装置以便达到恒定的轧道轴线。由于结构的限制在施加轧制力时机架窗口收缩。在不同的轧制力时在机架窗口中在轧机机架与轧辊安装件之间出现不同的间隙。
由DE 21 44 511 B2已知一种通用轧机机座,包括一封闭的立辊用框架和水平辊用的安装件,它们支承在上横梁和下横梁上。各横梁穿过拉杠相互连接成,使它们并从而使各水平辊可同心于轧制轴线或轧道轴线调整,其中拉杠穿过框架并且轴向固定而可旋转地支承于其中。

发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种轧机机座的新的设计原理,它无需其他的辅助装置总是可重新调到一恒定的轧道轴线。
按照本发明通过以下特征的组合达到该目的:
按本发明的轧机机座,包括四个立柱,各立柱与一底板牢固锚定,并且在这些立柱中设置可轴向固定导向的、可旋转支承的各拉杠,拉杠的上端和下端设有反向的螺纹,各螺纹安装一上、下横梁,并且可经由该螺纹相互反向调整各成套轧辊,其中各立柱用于引导轧辊安装件;并且包括一上支承辊组件和一下支承辊组件以及一在下支承辊组件与下横梁之间设置的短冲程调整缸,用以施加轧制力,其特征在于,各立柱同时用于支承弯曲部件,并且通过拉杠与轧辊安装件在支柱中的分离设置来达到向轧辊的力传递与轧辊安装件的引导的分离。
按照本发明的优选的实施方式,该轧机机座为一种二辊式、四辊式或六辊式的轧机机座。在上面的那个支承辊组件与所属的横梁之间设置一附加的调整缸。各拉杠的螺纹设计成自锁的。
此外该目的通过一种具有下述特征的调整轧机机座的方法达到。
按本发明的轧制生产用的调整上述轧机机座的方法,其特征在于,首先通过操作各拉杆将各支承辊和各工作轧辊在不受载的轧机机座中相互相向移动并且相对于轧道轴线移动就位,并且然后经由短冲程调整缸调准轧辊压下力。
本发明的功能方式在于,经由右螺纹和左螺纹使对置的各部件均匀地(或不均匀地)相互相向或彼此远离地移动。同时将轧制力的传递的功能与“轧辊安装件的引导”的功能分离,借此不再出现象轧机机架的窗口收缩那样的缺点。借此还显著影响“蜂鸣声”的倾向。

具体实施方式
该结构基本上包括四个焊接的立柱1,其承担各轧辊安装件2的导轨和各拉杠3的安装。各拉杠3,其经由上、下横梁4和5传递轧制力,并使上下横梁相互相向或彼此远离地移动。各立柱1与基础,亦即底板6浇铸在一起并经由地脚螺栓固定。按待预计的载荷通过各轧辊安装件2实现刚度的设计。各拉杠3利用其右螺纹和左螺纹在不受载的轧机机座中移动就位。然后才经由一短冲程调整缸7调准轧制力并且如上所述在操作状态下经由横梁导入各拉杆。按待预计的最大的轧制力实现该设计。由螺纹的小导程确保轧制生产中的自锁,其中另外经由控制驱动中的一制动器可以保证位置。在对置于短冲程调整缸7的上横梁4中为了较小的压下力还可以安装一附加的较小的调整缸(未示出)。
各拉杠3经由四个同步的单独传动或经由一具有机械的同步运转的驱动装置驱动。上、下横梁4和5按照拉杠的转向相互相向或彼此远离地移动。在这种情况下,在各相同的轧辊直径(Stw、Zw、Aw)时Aw总是可调到轧道轴线。
全部的部件是便于加工的生产件。另一优点是,用于组装的各单独部件的小的重量。

Claims (5)

1.一种轧机机座,包括四个立柱(1),各立柱与一底板(6)牢固锚定,并且在这些立柱中设置可轴向固定导向的、可旋转支承的各拉杠(3),拉杠的上端和下端设有反向的螺纹,各螺纹安装一上、下横梁(4、5),并且可经由该螺纹相互反向调整各成套轧辊,其中各立柱(1)用于引导轧辊安装件(2);并且包括一上支承辊组件和一下支承辊组件(8)以及一在下支承辊组件(8)与下横梁(5)之间设置的短冲程调整缸(7),用以施加轧制力,其特征在于,各立柱(1)同时用于支承弯曲部件,并且通过拉杠(3)与轧辊安装件(2)在支柱(1)中的分离设置来达到向轧辊的力传递与轧辊安装件(2)的引导的分离。
2.按照权利要求1所述的轧机机座,其特征在于,该轧机机座为一种二辊式、四辊式或六辊式的轧机机座。
3.按照权利要求1所述的轧机机座,其特征在于,在上面的那个支承辊组件与所属的横梁(4)之间设置一附加的调整缸。
4.按照上述权利要求之一项所述的轧机机座,其特征在于,各拉杠(3)的螺纹设计成自锁的。
5.一种轧制生产用的调整按照权利要求1所述的轧机机座的方法,其特征在于,首先通过操作各拉杆(3)将各支承辊和各工作轧辊在不受载的轧机机座中相互相向移动并且相对于轧道轴线移动就位,并且然后经由短冲程调整缸(7)调准轧辊压下力。
