Abstract

En la presente se proveen moléculas de unión, como las que reconocen o se unen a un epítopo peptídico de un antígeno del cáncer, como las expresadas en una célula cancerosa, incluidas las células infectadas con el virus del papiloma humano (VPH) o que contienen secuencias de ADN del VPH y/o aquéllas que reconocen o unen un epítopo peptídico de VPH 16 E6 o E7, en el contexto de una molécula de complejo mayor de histocompatibilidad (MHC). Entre las moléculas de unión provistas se encuentran los receptores de células T (TCR) o anticuerpos, incluyendo fragmentos de unión al antígeno de los mismos, que se unen o reconocen dichos epítopos peptídicos. La presente invención se refiere, además, a células diseñadas por ingeniería genética que comprenden dichas moléculas de unión, por ejemplo, TCR o anticuerpos (y receptores de antígenos quiméricos que contienen los anticuerpos), y usos de los mismos en la terapia celular adoptiva.
