Abstract

La invención se relaciona con un método para la purificación de un primer ácido graso poli-insaturado, proveniente de una mezcla inicial, donde esta mezcla inicial comprende, al menos, un segundo ácido graso, además del primer ácido graso poli-insaturado, donde el método comprende: – al menos, una etapa de separación cromatográfica en fase líquida del primer ácido graso poli-insaturado y del segundo ácido graso, que sirve como medio para recuperar, por una parte, una corriente enriquecida en el primer ácido graso poli-insaturado y, por otra parte, una corriente enriquecida en el segundo ácido graso; – una etapa de procesamiento para tratar la corriente enriquecida en el primer ácido graso poli-insaturado, lo que lleva a una reducción del valor de peróxido y/o el valor de anisidina de esta corriente. La invención también se relaciona con un sistema adecuadamente adaptado para la implementación de dicho método.
