Abstract

New thieno[1,5]benzodiazepine derivatives corresponding to the tricyclic system <IMAGE> substituted in position 10 by a group <IMAGE> are prepared by introducing the group R<6> into the 4' position of the piperidino ring. The new compounds obtained, which can also exist in the form of their acid addition salts, have a pharmacological activity on the central nervous system.
