Abstract

Reivindicacion 1: Un proceso, caracterizado porque comprende hacer reaccionar una despiperazinolanzapina de formula (1) o una sal de la misma, con una N-formilpiperazina de formula (2), para formar una N-formilolanzapina de formula (3) o una de la misma. Reivindicacion 19: Un proceso para formar una sal de olanzapina, caracterizado porque comprende: reducir una N-formilolanzapina de formula (3) o una sal de la misma con un agente reductor en un solvente para formar olanzapina o una sal de la misma disuelta en dicho solvente; hacer reaccionar dicha olanzapina disuelta o una sal de la misma con un ácido para formar una sal de adicion con ácido de olanzapina; y precipitar dicha sal de adicion con ácido de olanzapina de dicha solucion.Claim 1: A process, characterized in that it comprises reacting a despiperazinolanzapine of formula (1) or a salt thereof, with an N-formylpiperazine of formula (2), to form an N-formylolanzapine of formula (3) or one of the same. Claim 19: A process for forming an olanzapine salt, characterized in that it comprises: reducing an N-formylolanzapine of formula (3) or a salt thereof with a reducing agent in a solvent to form olanzapine or a salt thereof dissolved in said solvent; reacting said dissolved olanzapine or a salt thereof with an acid to form an addition salt with olanzapine acid; and precipitating said addition salt with olanzapine acid from said solution.
