Formwork device for concrete wall Thin concrete walls are widely used in today's construction, in particular because of the relatively short lead times and the reduced prices that they allow, and also because of the fact that can directly produce ready-to-paint facings.
The aim of the invention is to make it possible to take maximum advantage of these advantages by. realizing a formwork device with which it is possible to further reduce the lead times and execution times and at the same time to obtain as perfect a surface as possible.
The present invention relates to a formwork device for a concrete wall characterized in that it comprises two formwork elements, face to face, each consisting of at least two formwork in the extension of one of the another connecting to each other by alignment generators and supported by adjustable bracing legs, adjustable spacers maintaining the distance between the two elements, each panel consisting of a solid shuttering panel of a frame comprising two vertical elements and two horizontal U-shaped elements facing outwards as well as horizontal cross members each made up of two U-shaped profiles placed at a distance back to back, with the interposition of a board serving to fix the formwork panel.
The invention will be better understood on reading the description which will follow given by way of example and with the aid of the appended drawing in which one sees FIG. 1 is a perspective view of one of the forms.

Fig. 12 is a perspective view from above of the detail of the execution of the other end of the spacer. Fig. 13 is a detail view of an alternative embodiment for a curved wall.
It can be seen, in particular in FIGS. 1 and 2, that each panel is constituted by a U-shaped frame, comprising two vertical elements 1 and two horizontal elements 2. Between the two elements 1 are arranged horizontal cross members each consisting of two U-shaped profiles 3 placed back to back with interposition of a board 4 between the two. This board is fixed by nails passing through the elements 3 and itself serves to fix by nailing a shuttering panel 5, consisting of boards or preferably by bakelized plywood panels when it is desired to obtain facing surfaces directly. usable.
On the rear face of this panel are fixed vertical uprights including at least one central upright 6 formed by two U-shaped sections placed back to back, and two lateral uprights 7 formed in the same way, or only with a continuous section and the 'other replaced by several distinct sections, as shown in FIG. 2.
All the metal parts constituting the framework of a wall are preferably assembled by welding in order to obtain a very rigid and yet relatively light assembly. This makes it possible to produce large-sized shutters that can nevertheless be maneuvered as a whole, especially if one has the ability to use a lifting device such as a construction crane.
These formwork can in particular have a height equal to the ceiling height or to the total height of the walls of a storey, and a length which can vary from a few meters up to 10 or 12 meters.
The connection between two successive forms can be made as shown in your fia. 3 on which the dividing lines between two successive forms have been designated by 8. It can be seen in this figure that the connection is made by simply assembling the panels end to end using bolts 9 passing through the elements 1 (see fig. 6) and by placing alignment generators on their rear face. 10, each consisting of two U1 profiles placed back to back and joined by spacers not shown in the center and at the ends.
These alignment generators are placed horizontally astride the junction line 8 and intersect the uprights 6 and 7. At each crossing between a generator 10 and an upright 6 or 7, a bracket 12 is placed which engages between the two profiles of an upright and is hooked therein by means of a cylindrical key 13 passing through both the two profiles of the upright through orifices 14 and the two branches of the bracket 12 through orifices 15. A wedge-shaped key 16 is then placed in the back of the caliper, which rests on the rear face of the generator 10 and blocks the latter against the upright.
Each of these ventilators has at least two fixings on each panel, one of which is closest to the junction line 8, and the other at a certain distance in order to maintain a good alignment between the two panels, not only at the point from the point of view of the level of surfaces but also from the point of view of the angle they form. Such alignment generators are preferably placed at the upper part and at the lower part of the formwork, and optionally at mid-height.
As can be seen, in particular in FIG. 3, in the case where the formwork has three vertical uprights, it is necessary to shift the successive generatrices up and down alternately in order to level the fixings on the central upright.
For the realization of a wall formwork is naturally established an alignment of formwork on each of the faces of the wall 17 to form two cof frage elements. To form walls at right angles, the formwork is connected together as shown in plan on the fia. 6. In particular the shutterings forming the outer faces of the corner can be simply connected using bolts 18 passing through the upright 7 and the panel 5 of one of the shutters and the vertical element 1 of the other panel. .
To connect the formwork constituting the interior faces of the wall angle, a corner piece 19 shown on the fia is used. 6 and comprising covering elements 20 fixed on a metal part made of folded sheet 21, reinforced by ribs and provided with profiled parts 22 which fit into the vertical elements 1 of each of the adjacent shutters and assemble on these elements using bolts 23 with nut or key. - To adjust the complete length of a wall between two angles or between an angle and an opening, it is most often necessary to fill in gaps the length of which is less than that of a panel.
For this we can, as shown in the upper part of the fia. 6, join the two formwork located on either side of the gap by the same alignment generators 10. The gap is filled by a shuttering panel 24 of smaller dimensions and if necessary cut to order, this panel being fixed by nailing on at least two vertical pieces of wood 25 joined by wooden sleepers 26, the whole being fitted into the vertical elements 1 of the two forms, before bringing them closer together, and held in place by the 'intro duction of wedges 27 introduced from the outside and through the gap between two sleepers 26.
As the formwork is being made, each panel element is held vertically using bracing legs as shown on the fia. 7. Each of these crutches is constituted by a leg 28 in square tube, the lower end 29 of which rests on the floor and the upper end 30 of which is articulated in one of the uprights 6 or 7. This upper end comprises also a length adjustment device 31 which is screwed onto two threaded parts 32 and 33 at opposite pitches.
The leg 28 is also joined to the upright 6 (or 7) by an upper link 34, constituted as shown on the fia. 8 from 2U welded by the edge of their wings, and a lower connecting rod 35 also made of square tube and finished, as shown in fia. 9, by two sections of angle 36 welded on its faces. The two connecting rods 34 and 35 are provided with non-referenced perforations at each of their end thanks to which they are articulated on the one hand on the upright 6, on the other hand on the leg 28 thanks to keys 37 passing through the leg 28 also by perforations.
It is easily seen that these crutches hold the panel during the assembly operations and then allow the verticality of this panel to be adjusted with precision by acting on the adjustment device 31. In the case where such stands can only be placed on the one side of the wall, the other side being for example an exterior wall, the part 28 or the connecting rod 35 can be ballasted with the aid of weights to prevent tilting.
Finally, before pouring the concrete in this formwork, the formwork situated face to face is assembled from place to place using spacers as shown on the fia. 10. Each of these spacers is constituted by a smooth cylindrical rod 38 passing right through the panels 5 through appropriate holes.
One end of this rod 38 is welded to two sections of angle iron 39, placed as shown in FIG. 11 and themselves also welded to a section of threaded rod 40. Between the rods 38 and 40 and the angles 39 remains a rectangular passage for a wedge-shaped key 41 which is introduced horizontally and which comes s' press on the two faces 42 of the profiles constituting the vertical uprights 6 (or 7) if killed on the side of the panels 5. On the threaded rod 40 is threaded a washer 43 allowing a nut 44, provided (the tubular extensions and d 'a clamping handle, to block the end of the rod 38 in the frame of the panel.
The other end of the rod 38 is simply threaded into a tubular part 45 on which are welded sections of angle iron 46 arranged horizontally and a metal rib 47 provided with a notch 48 in which can be inserted a wedge-shaped key 49. .
This key, similar to the key 41, is introduced horizontally and bears on the faces 42 of the upright 6 or 7 of the other panel, thus blocking this upright against the angles 46. On the other hand, the smooth rod 38 comprises a certain number of vertical perforations 50 regularly spaced, preferably 3 by 3 centimeters, while the part 45 and the sections of angle iron 46 cotrip.) have sets of vertical perforations 51 preferably spaced 2 centimeters apart, which allows introducing a key 52 into one of the holes 51 and into one of the holes 50 to immobilize the part 45 on the rod 38.
At the same time, this method of fixing allows, by alternating the use of the two holes 51, to adjust from centimeter to centimeter, the position of the part 45 on the rod 38. This adjustment can be made before the locking of the keys 41 and 49 and the tightening of the nut 44.
The main advantage of this method of fixing the spacers, apart from the ease of adjustment we have just seen, is that it allows, without placing any part inside the wall, to brace the two forms as well. both in traction and in compression and, moreover, can easily be dismantled for recovery. Indeed, to disassemble the spacers it suffices to release the nut 44, remove the two keys 41 and 49, then remove the key 52, the part 45 can then be recovered by one end and the rest of the rod 38 , absolutely smooth, can be picked up from the other side of the wall.
To facilitate this recovery and prevent the concrete from adhering to the central part of the rod 38, it suffices to lubricate the latter before assembly.
The formwork device thus produced makes it possible, with relatively simple and light material, to form a very large wall area in a very short time thanks to the small number of fixing points and the ease of assembly, adjustment and disassembly.
In addition, thanks to the good flatness of the formwork, their large surface area reducing the number of joints, and the accuracy of the connection of these joints as well as the precision of the vertical and thickness adjustments, the walls obtained have absolutely perfect faces that allow direct use in both exterior and interior walls. These walls can in particular receive the paint or the whitewash directly, which further increases the economy and the speed of execution of the entire work.
We could, in the same frame, place pieces of wood 4 profiles (see fig. 13) to make curved walls by providing articulated generators.
