Charpente métallique auxiliaire pour la construction de bâtiments On utilise déjà dans l'industrie du bâtiment, et notamment pour la construction en maçon nerie d'habitations en série, un procédé au cours duquel on se sert d'une charpente auxi liaire intérieure temporaire, rigide et démonta ble pour supporter, avant l'érection des murs, la totalité des éléments (y compris la charpente de toiture) qui doivent être pris dans les murs et supportés par eux ;
La fig. 10 est une vue en élévation d'un gabarit utilisable avec la charpente précitée. La charpente métallique auxiliaire repré sentée (fig. 1 et 2) comprend une bande 1 en tôle épaisse, par exemple, disposée pour former une base d'appui horizontale pour des cadres 2 rectangulaires obtenus par l'assemblage d'élé ments tubulaires;
Auxiliary metal framework for the construction of buildings A process is already used in the building industry, and in particular for the masonry construction of series houses, in which a temporary, rigid internal auxiliary framework is used. and removable to support, before the erection of the walls, all the elements (including the roof frame) which must be taken from the walls and supported by them;
this auxiliary frame is also used to mark the alignment and plumb of the walls during construction and possibly also to carry removable formwork plates.
The object of the invention is a removable auxiliary metal frame making it possible to advantageously implement the aforementioned construction process by operating in stages, that is to say by considering each stage as an individual construction to which it is possible. superimpose one or more similar constructions with a view to erecting a multistory building.
The auxiliary metal frame demon table object of the invention, intended to be installed on the height of a floor inside the future walls of a building to be constructed, is characterized by the fact that it comprises a wall. seat structure formed by the assembly of flat horizontal bands, a series of vertical rectangular rigid frames intended to be placed on this seat and held on it by interlocking assembly devices, mutual assembly devices of these executives,
formwork forms intended to be supported on the outer periphery of these frames and, finally, removable fastening devices to hold these forms against the frames.
The auxiliary frame may also include templates provided with devices for their removable attachment to the frames. Thanks to this framework, the installation of the elements of the construction can be done with a precision of the order of a millimeter.
The appended drawing represents, by way of example, an embodiment of the frame forming the subject of the invention. Fig. 1 is a partial perspective view during installation. Fig. 2 is a partial perspective view which shows the start of the installation operation of the same auxiliary frame.
Fig. 3 is a detail view in perspective and on a larger scale of part of the base on which this same sloping tank is placed. Fig. 4 is a perspective view of a formwork panel. Fig. 5 is a partial perspective view, on a larger scale, of the lower part of a corner of the same frame.
Fig. 6 is a partial perspective view on a larger scale of the assembly of the upper part of two corner frames of the same frame. Fig. 7 is a perspective view of a bay shuttering device. Fig. 8 is a partial perspective view of a double articulated panel for cof frage of the two facings of a wall. Fig. 9 is a partial elevational view of a device for raising the aforementioned auxiliary framework under the roof.
Fig. 10 is an elevational view of a jig usable with the aforementioned framework. The auxiliary metal frame shown (fig. 1 and 2) comprises a strip 1 of thick sheet metal, for example, arranged to form a horizontal support base for rectangular frames 2 obtained by assembling tubular elements;
namely uprights 3, a lower cross member 4 slightly raised relative to the base of the uprights, and an upper cross member 5, the upper part of which is flush with the upper part of the uprights.
The strip 1 has lugs 6 likely to fit together with minimum play in the tubular uprights 3; fig. 2 shows two frames 2 ready to come over these lugs 6, or on the contrary slightly raised, after dislocation.
The strip 1 is in several parts joined by joint covers 7 fixed by means of countersunk screws; at the angles (fig. 3) the junction is obtained by means of brackets 8, adjusted on the adjoining strip elements so as not to form any extra thickness; these brackets 8 have lugs 6 and are fixed by countersunk screws; the lugs 6 are provided to ensure the adjoining fixing of two adjacent frames forming an angle of the auxiliary frame as is the case in FIG. 5.
The frame uprights 3 have on their inner face a series of holes 11 serving to fix formwork formwork 12, provided at each of their ends with a sliding bolt 13 capable of engaging in one of these holes 11. Fig. 4 shows one of these forms 12 on a larger scale; this panel is straight, but on request, curved or angled shutters can be provided with fixing bolts arranged so that the panel, whatever its shape, rests on the face of the frame located on the side opposite the bolts 13 .
The frames 2 which are adjacent to a corner of the auxiliary frame are held at their upper end by any suitable device, one of which is shown in FIG. 6; this device 10 is constituted by a yoke having a head 14 adapted to penetrate into the upper opening of an upright 3 and a movable jaw 15 capable of penetrating into the upper opening of the neighboring upright 3, a screw 16 allowing to move the jaw 15 to clamp the uprights 3 against one another; this same device 10, similar to a vice, can be used to clamp any two adjacent frames against each other.
To prepare a frame conforming to that described, elements having standardized dimensions are used as much as possible and the dimensions of the frame are adapted to those imposed for a given construction by means of elements of special dimensions.
After complete assembly of the auxiliary frame formed by the mutual assembly of the frames 2 or the like erected on the base strips 1, this frame is used to fix formwork 12 or the like which limit the interior facing of the walls of the construction.
Fig. 7 showed how it is possible to embed a bay frame in a construction in progress; this frame C can be simply placed on a panel 12 by resting on the latter by its hinges G or by means of special fittings temporarily fixed; the shuttering of the frame can be produced ï by means of two vertical cheeks 17 and a horizontal plate 18 which can be screwed provisionally to the frame C.
Of course, these plates can be supported in any suitable way to stiffen them during the pouring of the concrete or the construction of the masonry depending on the type of construction carried out. One could just as easily fix the cheeks 17 and the plate 18 on a panel, by means of squares for example, the frame C then being able to be supported by the plate 18. The beams or similar elements of the upper floor are placed beforehand on 2 frames before being embedded in the walls.
In the case of a concrete or blocking masonry construction with unskilled labor, it is advantageous to use a double wall like that shown in fig. 8.
This double panel 19 comprises a single panel 21 with locks 13 for its attachment to the frames 2; a panel 22 integral with a fitting 23 articulated around an axis 24 carried by a stirrup 25 slidably mounted on a fitting 26 integral with the panel 21; the bracket 25 can slide on the bracket 26 and be fixed in a desired position by means of a lock 27 engaged in one of several holes provided on the bracket 26; it is thus possible to obtain different spacings between the sheets 21 and 22 and thus build walls of different thicknesses.
The auxiliary frame described makes it possible to build a construction floor by floor by erecting this frame on the base strip 1 resting successively on each of the floors of the floors to be built. This auxiliary sloping tank can also be raised by the superposition of similar frames assembled by means of expandable coupling sleeves of a known type engaged in the upper orifice of the uprights of the frames and in the lower orifice of the superimposed uprights.
It is also possible, if necessary, to extend the frame uprights 3 by individual uprights 28 by means of expandable sleeves 29 as shown schematically in FIG. 9; it can also be seen, in FIG. 9, the arrangement adopted for the case where an obstacle (beam for example) prevents the direct extension of the uprights 3: in this case, a mold 30 carried by yokes 31 (of known type) fixed to the adjoining uprights 28 is used. ; the mold 30 itself carries a connection device 32 for clamping one or two independent uprights 28.
Such expandable sleeves 29 are found on the market, as are the elements making it possible to produce yokes 31 and connecting devices 32.
When the walls are built, it is advantageous, before making the plaster, to prepare all the seals; for this purpose, one can use templates drilled with holes corresponding to the seals to be made, these templates being provided with fixing bolts on the uprights 3 (in the same way as the formwork). Fig. 10 shows one of these jigs 33, particularly simple,
consisting of a metal plate pierced with holes; such a template can be used, by. example, to drill holes For fixing a sink or a radiator, these holes then being stamped by a wooden plug. It is also possible in this way to fix framing rods serving as guides for the rapid and regular execution of plaster coatings. Although the frames of the frame described are made in tubular elements of square section, it is understood that these frames can be made in tubular elements having a circular section or the like.
