Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung von Thiophosphor-(-phosphon-, -phosphin) bzw. Dithiophosphor- (-phosphon-,-phosphin)-saureestern In der deutschen Patentschrift Nr. 1063 148 wer- den bereits O, O-Dialkyl-S-propargylthio- bzw.-dithiophosphorsäureester der allgemeinen Formel EMI1.1 in der R fUr bevorzugt niedere Alkylreste steht, beschrieben. Nach den Angaben der genannten deutschen Patentschrift zeichnen sich diese Verbindungen durch eine gute insektizide Wirkung gegen Kartoffelkäfer, Fliegen, BlattDäuse, Spinnmilben sowie Mückenlar- ven aux und bessitzenzutn Teil systemische Eigenschaften. Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Thiophosphor-(-phosphon-,-phosphin)-bzw. Dithiophosphor- (-phosphon-, -phosphin)-säureestern, das sich dadurch auszeichnet, dass Alkylslfensäure-halogenide an Alkenyloder Alkinyl-thio-bzw.-dithiophosphor-(-phosphon, -phosphin)-sureester der allgemeinen Formel EMI1.2 in der Rt und R2 fiir aliphatische oder aromatische Reste stehen, die gegebenenfallls auch über Sauerstoff an Phosphor gebunden sein können, während R3 und R4 Waslserslto±f oder eine weitere C-C-Bindung bedeuten, angelagert werden. Nach dem erfindungsgemässen Verfahren können insektizid hochwirksame Verbindungen der allgemeinen Zusammensetzung EMI1.3 erhalten werden. In der letztgenannten Formel haben R1, R2, R3 und R4 die angegebene Bedeutung und R5 stellt einen Alkyl-Rest und Hal ein Halogen-, bevorzugt Chloratom, dar. Das erfindungsgemässe Verfahren kann anhand des nachfolgenden Reaktionsschemas näher erläutert werden, EMI1.4 wobei die Reste R1 bis R5 und Han dite weiter oben angegebene Bedeutung besitzen. Das erfindungsgemässe Verfahren wird bevor- zugt bei Raum-oder niederer Temperatur sowie in Gegenwart inerter organischer Lösungsmittel durchgeführt. Als letztere haben sich vor allem haloge nierte Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Methylenchlorid, Calo- roform, 1, 2-Dichloräthan oder Tetrachlorkohlenstoff bewahrt. Wie weiterhin gefunden wurde, besitzen die erfindungsgemäss erhältlichen Verbindungen gegeniiber den als Ausgangsmaterialien zu verwendenden A1- kenyl-bzw. Alkinyl-thio- bzw. -dithiophosphor (-phosphon,-phosphin)-säureestern eine erheblich gesteigerte insektizide Wirkslamkeit. Dithiophosphor-(phosphon, -phosphin)-säureester als Schädlingsbekampfungsmittel vor allem im Pflanzenschutz Verwendung finden. Die Anwendung der Verfahrensprodukte zu dem genannten Zweck kann dabei in der finir Insektizide auf Phosphorsäureesterbasis üblichen Weise erfolgen, das heisst bevorzugt in Verbindung mib festen oder flüssigen Streck-bzw. Verdünnungsmitteln. Als feste Streckmittel kommen z. B. Talkum, Kreide, Bentonit, Tonerde, Kaolin u. ä. in Frage, während zur Herstellung flüssiger Formulierungen zweckmässig Wasser verwendet wird. Da jedoch die erfindungsgemal3en Verbindungen weit hinreichend wasseruuvloslich sind, empfiehlt sich in dieslem Falle die Mitverwendung eines Lösungshilfsmittels, z. B. Dimethylformamid, oder Aceton sowie eines handelsüblichen Emulgators. Die folgenden Beispiele vermitteln ei. nen ber- blick iiber das erfindungsgemässe Verfahren. Beispiel I EMI3.2 68 g (0, 3 Mol) O, O-Diäthylthionothiolphosphor- säure-S-propenyl-(2)-ester werden in 100 cm3 Tetra chlorkohlensäure gelöst. Zu dieser Lösung tropft man bei 0 C 29 g Äthylsulfensäurechlorid, gelöst in 100 cm3 Tetrachlorkohlenstoff, rührt die Mischung anschliessend 30 Minuten nach, wäscht sie mit WasP ser, trocknet die organische Phase und destilliert das Lösungsmittel ab. Die Ausbeute beträgt 82 g entes sprechend 85 % der Theorie. Der O, OWDiäthylthiono- thiolphosphorsäure-S-(2-chlor-3-äthylmerkaptopropyl)-ester fällt in Form eines fast farblosen yoles an. Analy. se : Berechnet für ein Molgewicht von 322 : P 9, 63 % S 29, 8 % Cl 11, 01% Gefunden : P 9, 53% S 29, 68 % Cl 10, 80% Beispiel 2 EMI3.3 Zu einer Lösung von 63 g (0, 3 Mol) O, O-Diäthyl- thiolphosphorsäue-S-propenyl-(2)-ester in 200 cm3 Tetrachlorkohlenstoff tropft man bei 10 C 0, 3 Mol Athylsulfonsäurechlorid-gelöst in 200 cm3 Tetrachlorkohlenstoff-und rührt die Mischung anschlie ssend noch eine Stunde bei 20 C. Danach wird die erhaltene farblose Lösung mit Wasser gewaschen und getrocknet. Nach Abdestillieren des Lösungsmit- tels hinterbleibt der O, O-Diäthylthiolphosphor- säure-S-(2-chlor-3-äthylmerkaptopropyl) ester als ein schwach gelbgefärbtes Öl. Die Ausbeute beträgt 83 g entsprechend 90% der Theorie. Analyse : Berechnet fUr ein Molgewicht von 30, 56 : P 10, 12% S 20, 9% Cl 11, 6% Gefunden : P 9, 98% S 21, 05% Cl 11, 38% Beispiel 3 EMI3.4 Man löst 38 g (0, 15 Mol) O, O-Diisopropylthiono thiolphosphorsäure-S-propenyl-(2)-ester in 200 cm3 Tetrachlorkohlensboff, versetzt diese Lösung bei 0 bis 5 C tropfenweise mit 0, 15 Mol Äthylsulfensäure chlorid-gelast in 75 cm3 Tetrachlorkohlenstoff, rührt die Mischung danach noch eine Stunde bei 2a C und wäscht sie dann mit Waslser. Nach dem Trocknen der organischen Phase über Matriumsulfat ent feront man das Lösungsmittel im Vakuum. Es hinterbleiben 45 g (86% der Theorie) des O, O-Diispro- pylthionothiolphosphorsäure-S-(2-chlor-3-äthylmerkaptopropyl)-esters in Form eines fast farblosen bles. Analyse : Berechnet für ein Molgewicht von 350, 5 : P 8, 86 % S 27, 4 % Cl 10, 12 % Gefunden : P 9, 35% S 27, 02% Cl 9, 10% Beispiel 4 EMI4.1 31, 5 g (0, 15 Mol) Athyl-thionothiolphosphon- säure-O-äthyl-S-propenyl-(2)-ester werden in 200 cm3 Tetrachlorkohlenstoff gelöst. Zu dieser Lösung tropft man bei 0 bis 5 C 0, 15 Mol 2ithylsulfensäurechlorid - gelöst in 75 cm3 Tetrachlorkohlenstoff, rührt das Reaktionsgemisch noch eine Stunde bei 20 C nach, wäscht es dann mit Wass--r, trocknet die organische Schicht und entfernt das Lösungsmittel im Vakuum. Es werden 43 g (94 % der Theorie) Athylfluonothiol- phosphonsäure-O-ätlhyl-S-(2-chlor-3-äthylmerkapto- propyl)-ester als fast farbloses Öl erhalten. Analyse : Berechnet finir ein Molgewicht von 306, 5 : P 10, 12 % S 31, 4% Cl 11,6% Gefunden : P 11, 11% S 31, 15 % Cl 10, 57% Beispiel S EMI4.2 Zu einer Lösung von 25, 8 g (0, 1 Mol) Phenylthionothiolphosphonsäure-O-äthyl-S-propenyl- (2)ester ropft man bei 0 bis-51 C 0, 15 Mol Methyl sulfensäurechlorid-gelöst in 75 cm3 Tetrachlorkohlenstoff und arbeitet das Reaktionsgemisch wie in den vorstehenden Beispielen beschrieben auf. Es werden 32 g (94% der Theorie) des Phenylthiono- thiolphosphonsäure-O-äthyl-S-(2-chlor-3-methylmerkaptopropyl)-esters erhalten. Analyse : Berechnet fur ein Molgewicht von 340, 5 : P 9, 13 % Cl 10, 43 % Gefunden : P 9, 99 % Cl 9, 60 % Beispiel 6 EMI4.3 Eine Lösung von 19, 4 g (0, 1 Mol) Diäthylthiono- thiolphosphinsäure-S-propenyl-(2)-ester in 150 cm3 Tetrachlorkohlensbo±f wird bei 0 bis 5 C tropfenweise mit 8, 25 g (0, 1 Mol) MethylsulfensäurechloriXcl -gelöst in 50 cm3 Tetfachlorkohlenstoff versetzt. Man arbeitet das Reaktionsgemisch wie in den Beispielen 1 bis 4 beschrieben auf und erhÅalt 24 g (87% der Theorie) des Diäthylthionothiolphosphin- säure-S- (2-chlor-3-methylmerkaptopropyl)-esters in Form eines schwachgelben yoles. Analyse : Berechnet fur ein Molgewichb von 276, 5 : P 11, 25% S 34, 80% Cl 12, 88% Gefunden : P 11, 18% S 34, 46% Cl 12, 89% Beispiel 7 EMI4.4 67 g (0, 3 Mol) O, O-Diäthylthionothiolphosphor- säure-S-propinyl-(2)-es, ter werden in 100 cm3 Tetra chlorkohlenstoff gelöst. Zu dieser Lösung tropft man 29 g (0, 3 Mol) Athylsulfensäurechlorid-gelöslt in 100 cm3 Tetrachlorkohlenstoff, rührt die Mischung anschliessend noch eine Stunde bei Raumtemperatur, wäscht asie dann mit Wasser, trocknet die organische Phase und destilliert das Lösungsmittel im Vakuum bei einer Badtemperatur von 30 bis 40 C ab. Die Ausbeute an O, O-Diäthyl-thionothiolphosphorsäure S- (2-chlor-3-äthylmerkaptopropenyl)-ester beträgÅa 88 g (92% der Theorie). Analyse : Berechnet für ein Molgewicht von 320 : P 9, 7 % S 30, 0% Cl 11, 1% Gefunden : P 9, 73% S 30, 05 % Cl 10, 78% Beispiel 8 EMI4.5 Zu einer Lösung von 62, 5 g (0, 3 Mol) O,O Diäthylthiolphosphorsäure-S-propinyl- (2)-eslter in 200 em3 Tetrachlorkohlenstoff tropft man bei 10 C 0, 3 Mol Äthylsulfensäurechlorid - gelöst in 200 cm3 Tetrachlorkohlenstoff, rührt das Reaktionsgemisch anschliebend, noch eine Stunde bei 20 C nach, wäscht es dann mit Wasser und enlfernt nach dem Trocknen der organischen Phase über Natriumsulfat das Lö- sungsmittel im Vakuum. Es werden 60 g (66 % der Theorie) des O,O-Diäthylthiolphosphorsäure-S-(2 chlor-3-iithylm--rkaptopropenyl)-esters in Form eines gelben Ölse erhalten. Analyse : Berechnet fUr ein Molgewicht von 305, 5 : P 10, 15 % S 21, 0% Cl 11, 63% Gefunden : P 10, 33% S 20,97% Cl 10, 92% Beispiel 9 EMI5.1 Man löst 29 g (0, 15 Mol) Methyl-thionothiol- phosphonsäure-O-äthyl-S-propinyl- (2)-ester in 200 cm3 Tetrachlorkohlenstoff, tropft zu dieser Lösung bei 0 bis 5 C 0, 15 Mol Athylsulfensäurechlorid- gelöst in 75 cm3 Tetrachlorkohlenstoff und arbeitet das Reaktionsgemisch wie im vorhergehenden Bei ; spiel beschrieben sauf. Die Ausbeute beerägt 36 g (83 % der Theorie). Analyse : Berechnet fUr ein Molgewicht von 290, 5 : P 10, 7% Cl 12, 25 % Gefunden : P 10, 6% Cl 11, 80% Beispiel 10 EMI5.2 Zu einer Lösung von 29 g diäthylthionothiol phosphinsäure ; S-propinyl-(2)-ester in 200 cm3 Tetrachlorkohlenstoff tropft man bei 0 bis 5 C eine Lösung von 0, 15 Mol Athylsulfensäurechlorid in 75 cm3 Tettachlorkohlenstoff, arbeitet das Reak- tionsgemisch anschliessend wie in den vorhergehenden Beispielen beschrieben auf und erhält so 36 g (83% der Theorie) Diäthylthionothiolphosphinsäure S-(2-chlor-3¯äthyMmerkaptopropenyl)-ester in Form eines gelben bleus.
Claims (1)
- Analyse : Berechnet fUr ein Molgewicht von 288, 5 : P 11, 08% S 34, 3% Gefunden : P 10, 71 % S 34, 89 % PATENTANSPRÜCHE I. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Thiophosphor- (-phosphon-,-phosphin)-bzw. dithiophosphor-(-phos phon-, phosphin)-säureestern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Alkylsulfensäurehalogenide an Alkenyl-oder Alkinyl-thio-bzw.-dithiophosphor-(-phosphon, -phos phin)-säureestelr der allgemeinen Formel EMI5.3 in der R1 und R2 fiir aliphati-sche oder aromatische Reste stehen, die gegebenenfalls auch tuber Sauerstoff an Phosphor gebunden sein können, während R3 und R4 Wasserstoff oder eine weitere C-C-Bin- dung bedeuten, angelagert werden.II. Verwendung von nach dem Verfahren gemäss Patentanspruch I hergestellten Thiophosphor4-phos ; phon,-phosphin)-bzw. Dithiophosphor-(-phosphon, -phosphin)-säureestern der allgemeinen Formel EMI5.4 in der R1 und R2 für aliphafische oder aromatische gegebenenfalls liber Sauerstoff an den Phosphor gebundene Reste stehen, R3 und : R4 Wasserstoff oder eine weitere C-C-Bindung bedeuten, während R5 ein Alkylrest und Hal ein Halogenal30m ist, zur Bekämp- fung von Schädlingen.UNTERANSPRUCH Verwendung nach Patentanspruch II, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Verbindungen, in denen Hal ein Chloratom ist, zur Schädlingsbekämpfung verwendet werden.
