Geschirrspülmaschine Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Geschirrspül maschine mit in einem Trog um eine vertikale Achse drehbar angeordneten und durch einen Elek tromotor in Umdrehung versetzbaren Schleudertrom meln zum Schleudern von Wasser gegen das zu reini gende Geschirr.
Die Maschine ist dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass die Schleudertrommeln aus koaxial ineinander angeordneten kegelförmigen Hohlkörpern verschiedener Länge bestehen, welche mit dem untern Ende geringeren Durchmessers in eine Vertiefung des Trogbodens tauchen, die zum Sammeln des von dem Geschirr abtropfenden Spülwassers bestimmt ist, dass zwischen den Hohlkörpern freie Zwischen räume vorgesehen sind, in denen bei drehenden Trommeln das Wasser zufolge der Zentrifugal-Kraft aufsteigt und zur Spülung des Geschirrs abgeschleu- dert wird, und dass um die Schleudertrommeln ein Gestell aus Draht für den Einsatz und die Halterung des zu spülenden Geschirrs angeordnet ist.
Der Erfindungsgegenstand ist auf der Zeichnung in einer beispielsweisen Ausführungsform dargestellt. Fig.l zeigt eine Vorderansicht der Geschirr spülmaschine, Fig. 2 ist ein Vertikalschnitt durch die Maschine, Fig. 3 zeigt einen Horizontalschnitt der Maschine. Die Geschirrspülmaschine weist einen äusseren Spültrog 1 kubischer Form auf, in dem ein Elektro motor 3 mit vertikaler Welle 2 angeordnet ist.
Auf der Motorwelle 2 sitzen drei ineinander koaxial angeordnete, kegelförmige Trommeln 4, 5 und 6, deren offene untere Enden geringeren Durchmessers in eine Vertiefung 7 im Boden 8 der Maschine tauchen, so dass bei Drehung der Trommeln das Wasser aus der Vertiefung an den Innenwänden der kegelförmigen Trommeln nach oben steigt und am obern Rand der drei Trommeln radial nach aussen abgeschleudert wird. Um die Trommeln 4, 5, 6 herum mit einem kleinen Zwischenraum ist ein Gestell 9 aus Draht mit einer horizontalen Gitter fläche 10 und Haltbügel für das Geschirr angeordnet, zwischen dessen Haltebügel die zu spülenden Teller 11 und Schüsseln 12 und Platten 13 eingesetzt und damit dem Schleuderwasser ausgesetzt werden können.
Durch Aufschlagen der Wassertropfen auf das Geschirr wird dieses gereinigt und kann nach einiger Zeit wieder in gereinigtem Zustand aus der Maschine genommen werden. Am Fuss 14 der Maschine befindet sich ein Schalter 15, durch dessen Betätigung der Strom und die Maschine ein- oder ausgeschaltet werden kann.
Das Gestell für das Geschirr ist lose drehbar in den Spültrog eingesetzt und trägt auf seiner oberen Seite nach oben vorstehende Bügel und Anschläge, zwischen die die Teller und Platten zum Spülen eingesetzt werden.
Die vordere Seite des Spültroges 1 ist nach unten aufklappbar ausgebildet, so dass das Gestell 9 für das Einsetzen oder Herausnehmen des Ge schirrs zugänglich wird. Dabei kann das Gestell 9 im Spültrog 1 gedreht werden, so dass es von der gleichen Öffnung des Spültroges aus ringsum beladen resp. geleert werden kann.
