Den Gegenstand der Erfindung bildet eine Vorrichtung, welche ermöglicht, das Waschen, Spülen und Trocknen von Wäsche und dgl. in einer und derselben Zentrifugentrommel vorzunehmen. Dies wird der Erfindung gemäss dadurch erzielt, dass die in einem Bottich angeordnete Zentrifugentrommel mit einem das Wasch-oder Spülwasser in Kreislauf durch die zu reinigende Wäsche hindurch versetzenden Schöpfrade und mit Ventilatorflügeln versehen ist, welche sich während des Waschens und Spülens in der unwirksamen Stellung befinden, dagegen nach erfolgtem Waschen und Spülen in die wirksame Stellung gebracht werden können, in welcher sie infolge der Drehung der Zentrifugentromme ! Laft durch die nasse Wäsche hindurchtreiben, wodurch diese getrocknet wird.
Fig. 1 der Zeichnung stellt einen Vertikalschnitt durch eine beispielsweise Aus- führungsform einer der Erfindung gemäss ausgebildeten Wasch-und Trockenmaschine dar.
Fig. 2 zeigt einen Horizontalschnitt nach der Linie A-A der Fig. 1.
Die Wasch-und Trockenvorrichtung besteht aus einer in einem Bottiche a angeordneten Zentrifugentrommel b, deren Welle c bei d im Boden des Bottiches a und bei e in einem an dem Bottiche befestigten Bilgel f gelagert ist. Zum Abschliessen der Zentrifugentrommel b dient ein Deckel g, welcher mittels einer auf dem mit Gewindet versehenen oberen Teil der Welle c angeordneten Mutter t an die Zpntrifugentromlhel h angedrückt werden kann. Bei Handbetrieb erfolgt die Drehung der Zentrifugentrommel mittels der Kegelräder k, l und der Kurbel w.
In den Bottich a wird durch den Fülltrichter n mit Seife und Soda versetztes, heisses Wasser eingefüllt, welches jedoch nicht bis an die Zentrifugentrommel b reichen soll. Damit überschl1ssiges Wasser leicht entfernt werden könne, ist der Fülltrichter ri nach abwärts drehbar angeordnet.
An der Zentrifugenwelle c ist ein siebartig durchlochtes Rohr o befestigt, das bis nahe an den Boden des Bottiches a reicht und im unteren Teil mit einem Schöpfrade p versehen ist. Dieses Schöpfrad, das in einfachster Weise dadurch hergestellt werden kann, dass in die Wandung des Rohres o U-förmige Einschnitte gemacht und die so entstehenden Blechlappen schräg zur Rohrachse einwärts gebogen werden, hebt bei Drehung der Zentrifugentrommel b das Wasser und treibt es in dem Rohre o aufwärts, aus welchem es durch dessen Löcher radial in die Zentrifugentrommoi eintritt. Infolge der Fliehkraft dringt das Wasser durch die in der Zentrifugentrommel befindliche, zu reinigende Wäsche und tritt durch die durchlochte Wand der Trommel b aus, worauf es in den Bottich a zurückfliesst. Das Wasser beschreibt auf diese Weise einen Kreislauf.
Ist die Wäsche hinreichend gereinigt, so wird das Seifenwasser durch eine im Boden des Bottiches a vorgesehene Öffnung 9 abgelassen und reines Spülwasser in die Maschine eingefüllt. Das Spülwasser vollführt denselben Kreislauf wie das Seifenwasser.
Um die Vorrichtung auch als Trockenmaschine benutzen zu können, sind im Boden der Zentrifugentrommel b eine Anzahl von zweckmässig im Kreise angeordneten Ausschnitten r vorgesehen, welche mittels um wagerechte Achsen s (Fig. 2) drehbare Klappen t verschliessbar sind. Während des Waschens und Splitons bleiben diese Klappen t geschlossen.
Nach Ablassen des Sptllwassers werden die Klappen t geöffnet, jedoch nur so weit, dass sie mit dem Boden der Zentrifugentrommel b einen spitzen Winkel einschliessen. Wird

nun die Zentrifugentrommel b in Rotation versetzt, 80 wirken die Klappen t als Ventilatorflügel und treiben Luft durch die nasse Wäsche hindurch, wodurch diese getrocknet wird. Die Wäsche kann entweder in trockenem oder bügelfeuchtem Zustande aus der Zentrifugentrommel herausgenommen werden.
Die Anordnung des Rohres o kann dadurch vermieden werden, dass die Zentrifugenwelle c selbst hohl und siebartig durchlocht ausgebildet ist und an ihrem unteren Ende das Schöpfrad p enthält. Das Ansaugen des Wassers erfolgt, wenn die Welle c in einem Spurlager gelagert ist, durch Schlitze in der Wand der hohlen Zentrifugenwelle. Zum Antrieb der Vorrichtung kann selbstverständlich auch irgend ein Motor dienen.
Die beschriebene Maschine schont die zu waschende Wäsche in hohem Masse, ist einfach gebaut und bedarf bloss einer ausserordentlich einfachen Bedienung, wodurch sie sich besonders für den Hausbedarf eignet.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Vorrichtung zum Waschen, Spülen und Trocknen von Wäsche und dgl., dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dip in einem Bottich angeordnete Zentrifugentrommel mit einem das Wasch-oder Spülwasser in Kreislauf durch die zu reinigende Wäsche hindurch versetzenden Schöpfrade und mit Ventilatorflügeln versehen ist, welche sich während des Waschens und Spülens in der unwirksamen Stellung befinden, dagegen nach erfolgtem Waschen und Spülen in die wirksame Stellung gebracht werden können, in welcher sie infolge der Drehung der Zentrifugentrommel Luft durch die nasse Wäsche hindurchtreiben, wodurch die Wäsche getrocknet wird.
