Description


  Gewebebahn    Es ist bekannt, dass Gewebe, die in Schuss und  Kette aus     Polyesterfasergarnen    oder     Mischgarnen        mit     Baumwolle bestehen, für Hemden und Blusen ver  wendet werden.  



       Derartige    Stoffe haben     zwar    eine Reihe von Vor  zügen,     wie    z. B. ein gutes     Formhaltevermögen    und  eine ausgeprägte Verschleissfestigkeit, jedoch haften       ihnen    noch unangenehme Eigenschaften an, vor al  lem die sogenannte      Geweberissigkeit ,    die dadurch  entsteht, dass sich zwischen den parallelen Faser  garnen der Kette     ungleichmässige    Gassen verschie  dener Länge bilden. Der Fehler ist besonders deut  lich bei Geweben in     Popelinekonstruktion    und bei       Verwendung    einfacher, d. h. nicht gezwirnter Garne  in der Kette.  



  Durch die     erfindungsgemässe    Gewebebahn wer  den diese Nachteile vermieden. Die neue Gewebe  bahn zur Herstellung von Hemden, Damenkleidern  oder Blusen ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die  Kette aus     Polyesterfasergarnen    oder aus einem       Mischgarn        Polyester-Baumwollfasern    oder     Polyester-          Cellulosehydrat-Fasern    und der Schuss aus endlosen  Fäden aus Polyester oder     Polyolefinen    besteht, wo  bei     die        Schussfäden    zweckmässig eine Drehung von  weniger als<I>a m =</I> 30 aufweisen.

   Dabei ist es       vorteilhaft,    die Stärke des endlosen     Schussmaterials     etwa derjenigen des     Kettmaterials    anzupassen. An  stelle von     normalen    endlosen Fäden aus Polyester  oder     Polyolefinen    werden als     Schussmaterial    auch       mit    gutem Erfolg sogenannte Bausch- oder     Stretch-          Fäden,    d. h. endlose Fäden mit ausgeprägter ela  stischer     Kräuselung,    verwendet.

      Das neuerungsgemässe Gewebe hat den grossen  Vorteil, ein geschlossenes Warenbild zu ergeben und  die     Geweberissigkeit    auf     ein    Mindestmass herabzu  setzen.

Claims (1)

  1. PATENTANSPRUCH Gewebebahn für die Herstellung von Hemden, Blusen und Damenkleidern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kette des Gewebes aus einem Garn aus Polyesterfasern oder aus einem Mischgarn aus Baum- wolle/Polyesterfasern oder Cellulosehydrat/Polyester- fasern und der Schuss aus endlosen Polester- oder Polyolefinfäden besteht. UNTERANSPRÜCHE 1.
    Gewebebahn nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Garnnummer des Schuss- materials mindestens annähernd der des Kettmate- rials entspricht. 2. Gewebebahn nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehung des Schussmaterials niedriger als<I>a m =</I> 30 ist. 3. Gewebebahn nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schuss aus endlosen, ge kräuselten Polyesterfäden besteht. 4.
    Gewebebahn nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schuss aus endlosen, ge kräuselten Polyolefinfäden besteht.
