Watch frame We know watch frames comprising a plate and at least one bridge and in which the holes for the axis of the small average mobile are located at the same distance from the center and from the usual holes for the axis of the mobile small seconds and in which the holes for the axis of the escapement mobile are located at the same distance from the center and the usual holes for the axis of the small seconds mobile. Such a frame makes it possible to use the same plate to establish either a small second gear movement or a central second gear movement.
However, these movements have the drawback that for the execution with a central seconds or for both executions, the total height of the caliber is appreciably greater than that of a usual caliber with small seconds.
The present invention relates to a watch frame of the aforementioned type which does not have this drawback due to the fact that the plate is shaped so as to allow the addition to the frame of an additional bridge, the plate of which is located in a limited space. in height by the lower and upper planes of the barrel.
Thanks to this special measure it is possible, in order to realize a watch movement with a central second gear, to rotate the minute pinion, on the one hand, in the plate and, on the other hand, in the bridge. additional which engages in said recess. The appended drawing represents, by way of example, two movements the frame of which constitutes one embodiment of the object of the invention.
Fig. 1 is a plan view of part of a small seconds watch movement. Fig. 2 is a vertical section along the line 11-11 in FIG. 1; and fig. 3 is a similar cross section of a central seconds watch movement.
Figs. 1 and 2 represent a watch movement provided with a small seconds wheel. This gear has three moving parts, each composed of a pinion and a wheel, the first, driven by the barrel, being the medium-sized mobile 5 pivoting at the center of the movement, on the one hand in plate 1 and, on the other hand, in a landing 9 of the center bridge 2; the second, the small average mobile 6, pi votes, on the one hand, in a bearing 10 of the platform 1 and, on the other hand, in a bearing 11 of the center bridge 2, while the third, the second mobile 7, pivots in the bearings 12 of plate 1 and 13 of center bridge 2, located in a plane on a straight line passing through the center of movement 19 and perpendicular to the line passing through the winding stem and said center movement 19.
The escapement mobile 8 pivots at 14 in plate 1 and at 15 in bridge 2. It should be noted that in this movement, the distance between the axis of the small average mobile 6 and the axis of the mobile of large average 5 is equal to the distance between the axis of the small average mobile 6 and the axis of the second mobile 7. On the other hand, the distance between the axis of the exhaust mobile 8 and the axis of the large average mobile 5 is equal to the distance between the axis of the escape mobile 8 and the axis of the second mobile 7. The plate 1 has a recess l ', the purpose of which will emerge from what follows.
Fig. 3 shows a movement of my being provided with a central seconds wheel comprising five moving parts, the first of which, driven by the barrel, is the 16 minute pinion which pivots, in the center of the movement, on the one hand in the plate 1 and on the other hand in an additional bridge 17 housed in said recess 1 'which is deep enough for the deck board 17 to be located in a space limited in height by the lower and upper planes of the motor barrel 4. The second mobile is a return 18 whose shaft pivots in the plate 1 and in the additional bridge 17.
The third is a large average mobile 5 ', composed of a pinion and a wheel and which pi votes on the one hand in the bearing 12 of the plate 1 and on the other hand in the bearing 13 of the center 2. The fourth is the small average mobile 6 ', pivoting as before in the bearing 10 of the plate 1 and in the bearing 11 of the center bridge 2. This small average mobile 6' crosses the hollow axis of the return 18. The fifth wheel set also comprising a pinion and a wheel, is the second wheel set at the center 7 ', the axis of which passes through the hollow axis of the minute pinion 16, in which it pivots on the one hand, while that on the other hand he votes in landing 9 of the center bridge 2.
The exhaust mobile 8 'pivots on the one hand in the bearing 14 of the plate 1 <and on the other hand in the bearing 15 of the center bridge 2. The distances between the mobile 6' and 5 ',, 6' and 7 'as well as between the mobiles 8' and 5 ', 8' and 7 'are exactly the same as in the movement according to FIGS. 1 and 2. As emerges from the foregoing, it is possible to use the frame of the movement according to FIGS. 1 and 2, to establish a movement according to FIG. 3 and this without modifying the height of the movement.
