Description

       

  Dispositif pour fixer un porte-filière à l'arbre qui l'entraîne.    La présente invention a pour objet un  dispositif pour fixer un porte-filière à l'arbre       (lai    l'entraîne, caractérisé par le fait qu'il  comprend, sur ledit arbre, un tenon destiné  à venir en: engagement dans une mortaise  ménagée dans la. paroi du porte-filière,<B>le</B>  fout étant agencé de façon à.     assurer,    dans  les deux sens, le. déplacement longitudinal .de  la. pièce à fileter.  



  Le     dessin    annexé montre, à     titre        d'exemple,          une    forme     d'exécution    du,     dispositif    objet. de  l'invention et du mécanisme d'actionnement  (le l'arbre porte-filière.  



  La,     figure    unique en est une vue en coupe  axiale.  



  Le     dispositif    et le mécanisme représentés  comprennent un carter 1 dans lequel est  montée rotativement l'une des extrémités d'un  arbre moteur 15, ce dernier porte deux pignons  2 et 3 en prise avec. deux roues     dentées    4 et 5  montées folles sur un arbre principal 6; celui  ci porte un     organe=    de couplage baladeur 7  commandé par un levier à main 8 pour venir  en     engagement    soit avec la, roue dentée 4,  soit avec une bague 8 solidaire du moyeu  de la. roue 5.  



  L'organe baladeur 7 étant claveté sur  :'arbre 6, entraîne rotativement ce dernier;    dans un sens ou dans l'autre,     suivant    qu'il  est en prise avec les dents. 9 de la roue 4  ou avec les     dents.    10 de la douille 8.  



  L'arbre principal 6 est pourvu d'un alé  sage axial 11 et porte un tenon 12     destiné     à être introduit dans une     mortaise    13 d'un  porte-filière 14. .  



  Ce dernier déplace longitudinalement,  dans un sens ou dans l'autre, suivant le sens  de rotation de l'arbre 6, une pièce à fileter  qui peut pénétrer dans l'alésage 11.  



  Le dispositif représenté permet, sans 9  outillage spécial et très rapidement, de, fixer  sur l'arbre principal 6 le porte-filière désiré.

  The sliding member 7 being keyed on: 'shaft 6, drives the latter in rotation; in one direction or the other, depending on whether it is in engagement with the teeth. 9 of wheel 4 or with teeth. 10 of socket 8.



  The main shaft 6 is provided with an axial hazard 11 and carries a tenon 12 intended to be inserted into a mortise 13 of a die holder 14..



  The latter moves longitudinally, in one direction or the other, according to the direction of rotation of the shaft 6, a threaded part which can penetrate into the bore 11.



  The device shown allows, without 9 special tools and very quickly, to fix on the main shaft 6 the desired die holder.

REVENDICATION Dispositif pour fixer un porte-filière à l'arbre qui l'entraîne, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend, sur ledit arbre, un tenon destiné à venir en engagement dans une mor taise ménagée dans la paroi du porte-filière, le tout étant agencé de façon à assurer, dans les deux sens, le déplacement longitudinal de la pièce à fileter.
