Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines basischen Esters einer 1-Aryl-cycloalkyl-1-carbonsäure. Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist ,ein Verfahren zur Darstellung eines baei- schen Esters einer 1-Aryl-cycloalkyl-l-car- bonsäure. Das Verfahren ist dadurch gekenn zeichnet,

worin X einen bei der Reaktion sich abspal tenden Rest bedeutet, gegebenenfalls in Ge genwart eines gondensabionsmittels, einwir ken lässt.
Der 1-Phenyl-oyclopentyl-l-carbonsäure- däthylaminoäthano#lester bildet eine farblose Flüssigkeit vom Siedepunkt 112-115 unter 0,07 mm, sein Hyd-rochlo@rid" schmilzt bei l.45-146 .
Die neue Verbindung ;soll therapeutischs Verwendung finden. Beispiel: 19 Teile 1-Plienyl-cyclopentyl-l-carbon- säure werden mit Thonylchlorid in üblicher Weise in das Säurechlorid übergeführt und dieses in 200 Teilen absolutem Benzol: gelöst.
Unter Rühren tropft man eine Lösung von 11,7 Teilen Diäthylamnoätlianol in 50 Teilen absalü-tem Benzol zu und erwärmt an schliessend 2 Stunden zum Sieden. Man schüttelt zweimal mit Wasser und einmal mit verdünnter Salzsäure aus.
Die vereinig- ten wässrigen Lösungen werden ausgeäthert, die Base mit Pottasche in Freiheit gesetzt und in Äther aufgenommen.
Die ätherisiche Lösung wird mit Wasser gewaschen, über Pottasche getrocknet und das, Lösungsmittel lestilliert. Die neue Verbindung siedet bei <B>a</B> -bc 112-115 unter 0,07 ' mim, ihr Hydrochlorid schmilzt bei 145-146 .
An Stelle des Säurechlorids können auch andere Halogenide der 1-Phenyl-cyc1opentyl- 1.-earbons,äuTe, die Säure selbst, ihre Ester oder ihr Anhy dmid verwendet werden.

where X denotes a radical which splits off during the reaction, optionally in the presence of a condensation absorbent, can act.
The 1-phenyl-cyclopentyl-1-carboxylic acid däthylaminoäthano # lester forms a colorless liquid with a boiling point 112-115 below 0.07 mm, its hydrochloride "melts at 1.45-146.
The new connection; should be used therapeutically. Example: 19 parts of 1-plienyl-cyclopentyl-1-carboxylic acid are converted into the acid chloride with thonyl chloride in the usual way and this is dissolved in 200 parts of absolute benzene.
A solution of 11.7 parts of diethylamine-ethylenol in 50 parts of absolute benzene is added dropwise with stirring and the mixture is then heated to the boil for 2 hours. It is extracted twice with water and once with dilute hydrochloric acid.
The combined aqueous solutions are extracted with ether, the base is released with potash and taken up in ether.
The ethereal solution is washed with water, dried over potash and the solvent is distilled off. The new compound boils at <B> a </B> -bc 112-115 below 0.07 mim, its hydrochloride melts at 145-146.
Instead of the acid chloride, it is also possible to use other halides of the 1-phenyl-cyclopentyl-1-carbons, the acid itself, its ester or its anhydride.
