Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines     basischen    Esters einer     1-Aryl-eyeloalkyl-l-earbonsäure.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatzpaten  tes     isst    ein Verfahren zur     Darstellung    eines  basischen     Esters    einer     1-Aryl-cycloalkyl-l-          carbonsäure.    Das Verfahren ist dadurch ge  kennzeichnet, dass man     Diäthylaminoäthanol     auf eine     Verbindung    der     (Formel

         worin    X einen bei der     Reaktion    sich abspal  tenden Rest bedeutet,

   gegebenenfalls in Ge  genwart eines     Kondensationsmittels,    einwir  ken -lässt.  



  Der     :1-(2'-1VIethyl-phenyl)-cyclopentyl-l-          carbonsäure-diäthylaminoäthano!lester    bildet  eine farblose     Flüssigkeit    vom Siedepunkt       119-1.20         unter    0,05 mm, sein Hydrochlorid       schmilzt    bei 173-174 .  



  Die neue Verbindung soll therapeutische       Verwendung    finden.    <I>Beispiel:</I>  20,4 Teile     1-(2'-Methyl-phenyl)-cyclopen-          tyl-l=carbonsäure    werden mit     Thionylchlorid     in üblicher Weise in das Säurechlorid überge  führt und dieses in 200     Teilen    absolutem     Ben-          zo,1    gelöst.     Unter    Rühren tropft man eine Lö  sung von 11,7 Teilen     Diäthylaminoäthanol    in  50 Teilen absolutem     Benzal    zu und erwärmt  anschliessend 2     Stunden    zum Sieden.

   Man       schütfielt    zweimal mit Wasser und einmal mit  verdünnter Salzsäure aus. Die vereinigten       wässrigen    Lösungen werden     ausgeäthert,    die  Base mit     Pottasche    in Freiheit gesetzt und in  Äther aufgenommen. Die ätherische Lösung  wird mit     Wasser        gewaschen,    über     Pottasche     getrocknet und das     Lösungsknittel        abdestil-          liert.    Die neue Verbindung siedet bei<B>119</B> bis  120  unter 0,05 mm.  



  An Stelle des Säurechlorids können auch  andere     Ilalogenide,der        1-(2'-Me@thyl-phenyl)-          cyclopentyl-l-ca.rbonsäure,    die     Säure    selbst,       ihre        Ester    oder ihr     Anhydrid        verwendet     werden.

         where X is a residue that splits off during the reaction,

   if necessary, in the presence of a condensing agent.



  The: 1- (2'-1VIethyl-phenyl) -cyclopentyl-1-carboxylic acid diethylaminoethanol ester forms a colorless liquid with a boiling point of 119-1.20 below 0.05 mm; its hydrochloride melts at 173-174.



  The new compound should find therapeutic use. <I> Example: </I> 20.4 parts of 1- (2'-methyl-phenyl) -cyclopentyl-l = carboxylic acid are converted into the acid chloride in the usual way with thionyl chloride and this is converted into 200 parts of absolute ben- zo, 1 solved. A solution of 11.7 parts of diethylaminoethanol in 50 parts of absolute benzal is added dropwise with stirring and the mixture is then heated to boiling for 2 hours.

   It is extracted twice with water and once with dilute hydrochloric acid. The combined aqueous solutions are extracted with ether, the base is released with potash and taken up in ether. The ethereal solution is washed with water, dried over potash and the solvent is distilled off. The new compound boils below 0.05 mm at <B> 119 </B> to 120.



  Instead of the acid chloride, it is also possible to use other ilalogenides, 1- (2'-methyl-phenyl) -cyclopentyl-1-carboxylic acid, the acid itself, its ester or its anhydride.
