enzol nachentwickelt werden können. Die mit 4-Nitroidiazobenzol erhaltenen braun schwarzen Töne sind gut waschecht und, so- wohl neutral als auch alkalislch, ausgezeichnet ätzbar. Beispiel: 18,0 Teile 4-Aminophenyloxaminsäure werden in bekannter Weise diazotiert;
9 Teilen Natriumnitrit und 28 Teile Salzsäure von30% zugegeben. Das Diazatierungagemisch wird bei 10 bis 12 während: 2 bis 2i/2 Stunden gut .gerührt und ,dann zu seiner Lösung gegeben, die durch Lö- sen: von 23;
Additional patent to main patent No. 226016. Process for the production of a tetrakisazo dye. It has been found that a new tetrakisazo carbate is obtained if the diamino compound, which is obtainable by saponifying the disazo dye, which itself is obtainable by combining 4-diazo-phenyloxamic acid with 1-amino-3-methyl-benzene,
Further diazo @ animals of the monoazo dye thus obtained and combining in an alkaline medium with .der 2-Amino @ -5-oxynaphthalene-7-s, sulfonic acid, tetrazotert and combined with 2 moles of 1,3-dioxybenzene.
The new fairstuff forms a dark "bronzing powder, which dissolves in water with red-violet, in concentrated sulfuric acid with a blue-green color. The dye dyes cotton in violet tones, which by treating with formaldehyde or 4-nitrodiazob:
enzol can be redeveloped. The brown-black shades obtained with 4-nitroidiazobenzene are washable and, both neutral and alkaline, extremely etchable. Example: 18.0 parts of 4-aminophenyloxamic acid are diazotized in a known manner;
the diazo solution is made congoneutral by adding 2-0% sodium acetate solution; , then a solution of 10.7 parts of 1 amino-3-methylbenzene dissolved in 50 parts. Water mixes with the help of 13 parts of 30% hydrochloric acid,
admitted. After 24 hours, the insoluble monoazo dye is filtered off, then with 600 parts of water, it is stirred well and converted into the sodium salt by adding sodium hydroxide solution. Then a solution of 6,
9 parts of sodium nitrite and 28 parts of 30% hydrochloric acid were added. The diazation mixture is stirred well at 10 to 12 for: 2 to 2½ hours and then added to its solution, which by dissolving: 23;
9 parts of 2-amino-5-oxynaphthalene-7-s @ ulfo @ ns! Acid with the addition of 30 parts of sodium carbonate was prepared.
After several hours of stirring, the disazo carbate is salted out and filtered off. The filtered dye is mixed with 1000 parts of water like that, heated to boiling and then treated with 140 parts of 30% sodium hydroxide solution and for 1 to 11, #,
obtained while stirring in boiling @ eh. It is then neutralized with hydrochloric acid, cooled to 15, the dia: minodis; azo dye solution is mixed with a solution of 13.8 parts of sodium nitrite and 55 parts of hydrochloric acid of 30 μl and stirred at 15 for 11/2 to 2 hours.
The suspension thus obtained is stirred into a solution which contains 22.0 parts of 1,3-dioxybenzene and 60 parts of sodium carbonate in 300 parts of water. The mixture is stirred for a few hours at room temperature, most of the alkali metal carbonate is carefully neutralized with hydrochloric acid and filtered.
