  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Aminoarylsulfons.       Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Aminoaryl-          sulfons,    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man       2.5-Dichlorphenylmethylsulfon    mit Anilin  kondensiert.  



  Das so erhaltene, bisher unbekannte     2-          Phenylamino-5-chlorphenylmethylsulfon    kri  stallisiert aus Alkohol in farblosen Kristallen  vom Schmelzpunkt     109-110'    C und soll  als Zwischenprodukt zur Herstellung von  Farbstoffen und Heilmitteln Verwendung  finden.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  10 Teile     2.5-Dichlorphenylmethylsulfon     werden mit 20 Teilen Anilin und 60 Teilen  Wasser, zweckmässig unter Zusatz einer Spur  Kupfer, in einem Druckgefäss etwa 12 Stun  den auf etwa 240<B>0 0</B> erhitzt. Nach dem Er-    kalten wird das Reaktionsgemisch alkalisch  gestellt und das überschüssige Anilin mit  Wasserdampf     abdestilliert.
