Verfahren zur Herstellung einer heteroeyclischen Aminoverbindung. Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zur Darstellung einer heterocycli- schen Aminoverbindung, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass man die Benzthiazol-2-sulfo- säure mit Cyclohexylamin erhitzt.
Das so erhaltene 2-Cyclohexylaminobenz- thiazol ist ein neuer Körper, Es stellt ein dickes Öl dar und bildet ein Sulfat in Form von langen, feinen, farblosen Kristallnadeln. Es soll als Zwischenprodukt zur Herstellung von Farbstoffen und pharmazeutischen Pro dukten Verwendung finden. <I>Beispiel:
</I> 10 kg benzthiazol-2-sulfosaures Natrium werden mit 50 Teilen einer wässerigen Cyclo- hexylaminlösung unter Zusatz von 1 kg Chlorzink mehrere Stunden auf etwa 125 erhitzt. Man trennt das entstandene Öl von der wässerigen Flüssigkeit und erhält so in vorzüglicher Ausbeute das 2-Cyclohexylamino- benzthiazol als dickes Öl. Beim Verreiben mit Schwefelsäure (10fach normal) erhält man das Sulfat in Form von langen, feinen, farblosen Kristallnadeln.
Process for the preparation of a heteroyclic amino compound. The present patent relates to a process for the preparation of a heterocyclic amino compound, characterized in that the benzothiazole-2-sulfonic acid is heated with cyclohexylamine.
The 2-cyclohexylaminobenzothiazole obtained in this way is a new body. It is a thick oil and forms a sulfate in the form of long, fine, colorless crystal needles. It is intended to be used as an intermediate in the manufacture of dyes and pharmaceutical products. <I> example:
</I> 10 kg of benzthiazole-2-sulfonic acid sodium are heated to about 125 for several hours with 50 parts of an aqueous cyclohexylamine solution with the addition of 1 kg of zinc chloride. The resulting oil is separated from the aqueous liquid and 2-cyclohexylaminobenzothiazole is obtained as a thick oil in excellent yield. When rubbed with sulfuric acid (10 times normal) the sulfate is obtained in the form of long, fine, colorless crystal needles.
