Description

  

      Verfahren    zur Herstellung eines gemischten Harnstoffes mit     löslichmachenden    Gruppen.         Gegenstand    der vorliegenden Erfindung  ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines ge  mischten Harnstoffes mit     löslichmachenden     Gruppen. Das Verfahren ist dadurch gekenn  zeichnet, dass man 4 -     Nitro    - 2,2' -     disulfo-          stilben-4'-0-phenyl-urethan    in Gegenwart  von Wasser mit     5-Amino-2-ogy-benzoesäure     umsetzt.  



  Der erhaltene gemischte Harnstoff ist  neu. Er fällt in Form orangefarbener Kri  stalle an, die in Wasser mit gelber Farbe  löslich sind und soll als Zwischenprodukt zur  Herstellung von Farbstoffen Verwendung  finden.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  Eine     wässrigePaste    von     ';1Q        Mol        4-nitro-          stilben-4'    - 0     -phenyl-urethan-2,2'-disulf        onsau-          rem    Natrium wird mit 18,7 g     5-amino-2-o@gy-          benzoesaurem    Natrium mehrere Stunden auf  <B>10</B>   C erwärmt.

   Nach beendigter Reaktion    wird nach     Zusatz    von Kochsalz bei     soda-          alkaliseher    Reaktion der gemischte Harnstoff  aus     4-Nitro-4'-aminostilben-2,2'-disulfonsäure     und     5-Amino-2-oxybenzoe:säure        mit    sehr       guter        Ausbeute        in    orangefarbenen Kristallen       abgeschieden.

  The mixed urea obtained is new. It falls in the form of orange crystals that are soluble in water with a yellow color and are intended to be used as an intermediate in the production of dyes.



  <I> Example: </I> An aqueous paste of '; 1Q mol of 4-nitro-stilbene-4' - 0-phenyl-urethane-2,2'-disulfonate is acidic with 18.7 g of 5-amino -2-o @ gy- benzoic acid sodium heated to <B> 10 </B> C for several hours.

   After the reaction is complete, after adding sodium chloride to a soda-alkaline reaction, the mixed urea of 4-nitro-4'-aminostilbene-2,2'-disulfonic acid and 5-amino-2-oxybenzoic acid is deposited in very good yield in orange crystals .

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines gemisch ten Harnstoffes mit löslichmaehenden Grup pen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 4- Nitro - 2,2' - disulf o- stilben-4'-0-phenyl-ure- than in Gegenwart von Wasser mit 5-Amino- 2-oxybenzoesäure umsetzt. Der erhaltene gemischte Harnstoff fällt in Form orangefarbener Kristalle an, die in Wasser mit gelber Farbe löslich sind.
