Description

  

      Zusatzpatent    zum     Hauptpatent    Nr.     190154.       Verfahren zur Herstellung eines komplex gebundenes Metall enthaltenden Farbstoffes.    Es wurde gefunden, dass ein komplex  gebundenes Metall enthaltender Farbstoff her  gestellt werden kann, wenn man den     Azo-          farbstoff    der Formel  
EMI0001.0006     
    ein kupferabgebendes Mittel und     Glykokoll     aufeinander einwirken lässt.    Der erhaltene Farbstoff stellt ein blaues  Pulver dar, das sich in Wasser leicht löst  und Wolle aus     essigsaurem    Bade blau färbt.  



  Eine zweckmässige     Ausführungsform    des  Verfahrens besteht darin, dass zuerst durch  Umsetzung von     Glykokoll    mit einem kupfer-    abgebenden Mittel das Kupfersalz des     Glyko-          kolls    hergestellt und letzteres mit dem     Azo-          farbstoff    umgesetzt wird;     Glykokollkupfer          hydrolysiert    in alkalischer Lösung nicht oder  nur     wenig    und kann deshalb in alkalischen  Medien zur Anwendung gelangen.  



  Im ferneren kann das Verfahren auch  derart durchgeführt werden, dass auf den       Farbstoff,    der unter Verwendung der üblichen  kupferabgebenden Mittel, wie z. B. Kupfer  sulfat, in die Kupferverbindung übergeführt  worden ist,     Glykokoll    einwirken gelassen  wird.    <I>Beispiel:</I>    5 Teile des     Azofarbstoffes    aus dianotierter       2-Oxy-l-aminonaphthalin-4-sulfonsäure    und       1-Oxynaphthalin    werden in 100 Teilen Was  ser von 80   gelöst und mit 2,5 Teilen kri  stallisiertem     Glykokollkupfer    versetzt.

   Es  bildet sich sofort die rotblaue Lösung des       Glykökollkupferkomplexes,    der durch Bei  gabe von     grergalz    abgeschieden werden kann.

  Furthermore, the method can also be carried out in such a way that the dye, which is produced using the usual copper-releasing agents, such as. PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines komplex gebundenes Metall enthaltenden Farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man den Azo- farbatoff der Formel EMI0002.0004 ein kupferabgebendes Mittel und Glykokoll aufeinander einwirken lässt. Der erhaltene Farbstoff stellt ein blaues Pulver dar, das sich in Wasser leicht löst und Wolle aus essigsaurem Bade blau färbt. UNTERANSPRüCHE 1. Verfahren nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man das Kupfersalz des Glykokolls auf den Azofarbstoff ein wirken lässt. 2.
