Description

  

  Verfahren zur     Herstellung    eines neuen metallhaltigen     Farbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen  metallhaltigen Farbstoff erhalten kann, wenn  man den     Azofarbstoff    aus     diazotierter    4  Sulfo-2-aminobenzol-l-karbonsärxre und     1-(2'-          Methyl-4'-sulfo)-        phenyl-        3-methyl-5-pyrazolon     mit chromabgebenden Mitteln behandelt.  



  Der erhaltene metallhaltige Farbstoff stellt  ein dunkelgelbes Pulver dar, das sich in  Wasser mit gelber Farbe löst und Wolle aus  saurem Bade in     rötlichgelbem    Farbtone von  guter     Walkechtheit,    ausgezeichneter Egalität  und hervorragender Lichtechtheit färbt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  24,3 Teile des     Azofarbstoffes    aus     diazo-          tierter        4-Sulfo-2-aminobenzol-l-karbonsäure     und     1-(2'-Methyl-4'-sulfo)-phenyl-3-metbyl-5-          pyrazolon    werden in 2000 Teilen Wasser  gelöst und etwa 12 Stunden mit einer Lösung  von     Chromfluorid,    entsprechend 4,6 Teilen  Chromoxyd,     rückfliessend    gekocht. Die gebil-         dete    Chromverbindung kann durch     Aussalzen          abgeschieden    werden.

It has been found that a new metal-containing dye can be obtained if the azo dye is obtained from diazotized 4 sulfo-2-aminobenzene-1-carboxylic acids and 1- (2'-methyl-4'-sulfo) -phenyl-3-methyl- 5-pyrazolone treated with chromium-releasing agents.



  The metal-containing dye obtained is a dark yellow powder which dissolves in water with a yellow color and dyes wool from an acid bath in reddish-yellow hues of good millfastness, excellent levelness and excellent lightfastness.



  <I> Example: </I> 24.3 parts of the azo dye from diazo-tated 4-sulfo-2-aminobenzene-1-carboxylic acid and 1- (2'-methyl-4'-sulfo) -phenyl-3-metbyl -5- pyrazolone are dissolved in 2000 parts of water and refluxed for about 12 hours with a solution of chromium fluoride, corresponding to 4.6 parts of chromium oxide. The chromium compound formed can be deposited by salting out.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen metallhaltigen Farbstoffes, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass man den Azofarbstoff aus di- azotierter 3-Sulfo-2-aminobenzol-l-karbonsäure und 1-(2'-Methyl-4'-sulfo)-phenyl-3-methyl-5- pyrazolon mit chromabgebenden Mitteln be handelt. Der erhaltene metallhaltige Farbstoff stellt ein dunkelgelbes Pulver dar, das sich in Wasser mit gelber Farbe löst und Wolle aus saurem Bade in rötlichgelbem Farbtone von guter Walkechtheit, ausgezeichneter Egalität und hervorragender Lichtechtheit färbt.
