Description

       

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     ehronthaltigen        Farbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass ein neuer chrom  lialtiger     Farbstoff,    der auf jede     chromierbare     Gruppe des     Farbstoffmoleküls    1 Atom Chrom  enthält, erhalten wird, wenn man den Farb  stoff aus     diazotierter        6-Nitro-2-amino-l-phenol-          4-sulfosäure    und     2-Oxynaphthalin    mit Chrom  sulfat behandelt.  



  Der gebildete Farbstoff stellt ein schwarzes  Pulver dar, das sich in Wasser mit violetter  Farbe löst und Wolle aus schwefelsaurem  Bade in rotstickig schwarzen Tönen färbt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  <B>38,9</B> Teile des     Farbstoffes    aus     diazotierter          6-Nitro-2-amino-l-phenol-4-s.ulfosäure    und       2-Oxynaphthaliri    werden in 1500 Teilen Was  ser gelöst und mit einer aus 9,1 Teilen     Cr20s     und     14,6    Teilen     H2SO4    erhaltenen Chrom  sulfatlösung während 24 Stunden am Rück  flusskühler zum Kochen erhitzt. Hierauf wird    die Lösung durch Eindampfen auf     '/s    des  ursprünglichen Volumens konzentriert und die  gebildete Chromverbindung durch     Aussalzen,     Filtrieren und Trocknen isoliert.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines chrom haltigen Farbstoffes, der auf jede chromierbare Gruppe des Farbstoffmoleküls 1 Atom Chrom enthält, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man den Farbstoff aus diazotierter 6-Nitro-2-amino-l- phenol-4-sulfosäure und 2-Oxynaphthalin mit Chromsulfat behandelt. Der gebildete Farbstoff stellt ein schwarzes Pulver dar, das sich in Wasser mit violetter Farbe löst und Wolle aus schwefelsaurem Bade in rotstickig schwarzen Tönen färbt.
