Description

  

      Zusatzpatent    zum Hauptpatent Nr. 152880.    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines chromhaltigen     Farbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass ein neuer     chrom-          haltiger        Farbstoff,    der auf jede     chromierbare     Gruppe des     Farbstoffmoleküls    1 Atom Chrom  enthält, erhalten wird, wenn man den Farb  stoff aus     diazotierter        4-Methyl-2-amino-l-phe-          nol-5-sulfosäure    und     2-Oxynaphthalin    mit  Chromsulfat behandelt.  



  Der gebildete Farbstoff stellt ein     rotsticbig     blaues Pulver dar, das sich in verdünnter  Soda mit violetter Farbe löst und Wolle  aus schwefelsaurem Bade in     rotstichig    vio  letten Tönen färbt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  35,8 Teile des     Farbstoffes    aus     diazotierter          4-Methyl-2-amino-l-pheriol-5-sulfosäure    und     2-          Oxynaphthalin    werden in 2000 Teilen Wasser  gelöst und mit einer aus 9,1 Teilen     Cr20s     und<B>11,7</B> Teilen     H2S04    erhaltenen Chrom  sulfatlösung während 24 Stunden am Rück-         flusskühler    zum Kochen erhitzt. Hierauf wird  der Farbstoff durch Beigabe von Kochsalz  abgeschieden, filtriert und bei mässiger Tem  peratur getrocknet.

  The dye formed is a red-tinged blue powder that dissolves in dilute soda with a violet color and dyes wool from sulfuric acid bath in red-tinged violet tones.



  <I> Example: </I> 35.8 parts of the dye from diazotized 4-methyl-2-amino-1-pheriol-5-sulfonic acid and 2-oxynaphthalene are dissolved in 2000 parts of water and one from 9.1 parts Cr20s and 11.7 parts of H2S04 obtained chromium sulfate solution heated to boiling for 24 hours on a reflux condenser. The dye is then deposited by adding sodium chloride, filtered and dried at a moderate temperature.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines chrom- haltigen Farbstoffes, der auf jede chromier- bare Gruppe des Farbstoffmoleküls 1 Atom Chrom enthält, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man den Farbstoff aus diazotierter 4-Methyl- 2-amino-l-phenol-5-sulfosäure und 2-Oxynaph- thalin mit Chromsulfat behandelt.
