Description
Zusatzpatent zum Hauptpatent Nr. 152880. -'erfahren zur Herstellung eines ehromhaltigen Farbstoffes. Es wurde gefunden, dass ein neuer chrom- haltiger .Farbstoff, der auf jede ehromierbare Gruppe des Farbstoffmoleküls 1 Atom Chrom enthält, erhalten wird, wenn man den Farb stoff aus diazotierter 1-Amirio-2-oxynaph- tlialin-4-sulfosäure und 1-Oxynaphthalin mit Chromsulfat behandelt.
Der gebildete Farbstoff stellt ein dunkel blaues Pulver dar, das sich in verdünnter Soda mit rotstichig blauer Farbe löst und Wolle aus schwefelsaurem Bad in grünstichig blauen Tönen färbt.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 39,4 Teile des Farbstoffes aus diazotierter 1-Ainino-2-oxynaphthalin-4-sulfosäure und 1- Oxynaphthalin werden in 2000 Teilen Wasser aufgekocht und mit einer aus 9,1 Teilen Cr20s und 14,6 Teilen 132S04 erhaltenen Chromsulfatlösung während 30 Stunden am Riiel@flufküliler zum Kochen erhitzt. Die Chromverbindung scheidet sich nach dem Erkalten aus der Lösung aus; sie wird ab filtriert, ausgewaschen und bei mässiger Temperatur getrocknet.
Additional patent to the main patent No. 152880. -'erfahren for the production of an Ehrom-containing dye. It has been found that a new chromium-containing dyestuff which contains 1 atom of chromium for every honorable group of the dyestuff molecule is obtained if the dyestuff is obtained from diazotized 1-aminophthalene-4-sulfonic acid and 1 -Oxynaphthalene treated with chromium sulfate.
The dye formed is a dark blue powder that dissolves in dilute soda with a reddish blue color and dyes wool from a sulfuric acid bath in greenish blue tones.
<I> Example: </I> 39.4 parts of the dye from diazotized 1-amino-2-oxynaphthalene-4-sulfonic acid and 1-oxynaphthalene are boiled in 2000 parts of water and mixed with one of 9.1 parts of Cr20s and 14, 6 parts of 132S04 obtained chromium sulfate solution heated to boiling on a Riiel @ flufküliler for 30 hours. The chromium compound separates out of the solution after cooling; it is filtered off, washed and dried at a moderate temperature.
