Description
Zusatzpatent zum Hauptpatent Nr. 152880. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines chromhaltigen Farbstoffes. Es wurde gefunden, dass ein neuer chrom- haltiger Farbstoff, der auf jede chromierbare Gruppe des Farbsto''irroleküls 1 Atom Chrom enthält, erhalten wird, wenn man den Farb stoff aus dianotiertem 4-Chlor-2-amino-l-phenol und 2-Oxynaphthalin-6-sulfosäure mit Chrom sulfat behandelt.
Der gebildete Farbstoff stellt ein dunkel gefärbtes Pulver dar, das sich in verdünnter Soda mit rotvioletter Farbe löst und Wolle aus schwefelsaurem Bade in rotstickig vio letten Tönen färbt.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 37,8 Teile des Farbstoffes aus dianotiertem 4-Chlor-2-amino-l-phenol und 2-Oxytraphtha- lin-6-sulfosäure werden in 2000 Teilen Wasser aufgekocht und mit einer aus 9,1 Teilen Cr20s und 14,6 Teilen 112S04 erhaltenen Chromsulfatlösurrg während 24-30 Stunden am Rückflusskühler zum Kochen erhitzt. Hier auf wird die gebildete Chromverbindung nach dein Erkalten abfiltriert und bei mässiger Tem peratur getrocknet.

It has been found that a new chromium-containing dye which contains 1 atom of chromium for each chromable group of the dye molecule is obtained if the dye is made from dianotized 4-chloro-2-amino-1-phenol and 2 -Oxynaphthalene-6-sulfonic acid treated with chromium sulfate.
The dye formed is a dark-colored powder that dissolves in dilute soda with a red-violet color and dyes wool from sulfuric acid bath in red-sticky violet shades.
<I> Example: </I> 37.8 parts of the dye from dianotized 4-chloro-2-amino-1-phenol and 2-oxytraphthalin-6-sulfonic acid are boiled in 2000 parts of water and mixed with one of 9, 1 part of Cr20s and 14.6 parts of 112S04 obtained chromium sulfate solution heated to boiling for 24-30 hours on a reflux condenser. Here the chromium compound formed is filtered off after cooling and dried at a moderate temperature.
