Description

  

  <B>Zusatzpatent</B> zum     Hauptpatent    Nr. 152880.    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     ehromhaltigen    Farbstoffes.    Es wurde gefunden, dass ein neuer     chrom-          haltiger    Farbstoff, der auf jede     cbromierbare     Gruppe des     Farbstoffmoleküls    1 Atom Chrom  enthält, erhalten wird, wenn man den Farb  stoff aus dianotierter     4-Nitro-2-amino-l-phenol-          6-sulfosäure    und     Acetessiganilid    mit Chrom  sulfat behandelt.  



  Der gebildete Farbstoff stellt ein schmutzig  gelbes Pulver dar, das sich in verdünnter Soda  mit rotstickig gelber Farbe löst und Wolle aus  schwefelsaurem Bade in rotstickig gelben Tö  nen färbt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  42,2 Teile des Farbstoffes aus dianotierter  4     -Nitro    - 2 -     amino-l-phenol    - 6 -     sulfosäure    und       Acetessiganilid    werden in 2000 Teilen Wasser  gelöst und mit einer aus 9,1 Teilen     Crs0s    und  14,6 Teilen     H2S04    erhaltenen     Chromsulfät-          lösung    während 24 Stunden am     Rückfluss-          kühler    zum Sieden erhitzt. Hierauf wird er-    kalten gelassen, der ausgeschiedene Farbstoff  filtriert und bei mässiger Temperatur ge  trocknet.

  <I> Example: </I> 42.2 parts of the dye from dianotized 4-nitro-2-amino-1-phenol-6-sulfonic acid and aceto-acetoacetic acid are dissolved in 2000 parts of water and mixed with one of 9.1 parts of Crs0 and 14.6 parts of H2S04 obtained chromium sulfate solution heated to boiling for 24 hours on the reflux condenser. It is then allowed to cool, the precipitated dye is filtered and dried at a moderate temperature.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines chromhal- tigen Farbstoffes; der auf jede chromierbare Gruppe des Farbstoffmoleküls 1 Atom Chrom enthält, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man den Farbstoff aus dianotierter 4-Nitro-2-amino-l- phenol-6-sulfosäure und Acetessiganilid mit Chromsulfat behandelt.
