Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen metallhaltigen     Farbstoffes.       Es     wurde    gefunden, dass man einen neuen  metallhaltigen Farbstoff erhalten kann, wenn  man den     Azofarbstoff    aus     diazotierter        5-Chlor-          2-aminobenzol-l-karborisätzre    und     1-(2'-5'-          Dis(ilfo-)phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolori    mit       chromabgebenden    Mitteln behandelt.  



  Der erhaltene metallhaltige Farbstoff stellt  ein dunkelgelbes Pulver dar, das sich in  Wasser reit gelber Farbe löst und Wolle  aus     saurein    Bade in goldgelben Tönen von  guter     Walkechtheit,    ausgezeichneter Egalität  und vorzüglicher Lichtechtheit färbt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  25,3 Teile des     Azofarbstoffen    aus diano  tierter     5-Chlor-2-aminoberizol-l-karbonsäui#e     und     1-(2'.5'-Disulfo-)phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyr-          azolon    werden in 200 Teilen Wasser gelöst  und etwa 12 Stunden mit einer Lösung von       Chromfluorid,    enthaltend 4,6 Teile Chromoxyd,  unter     Rückfluss    gekocht. Man fällt aus der    heissen Lösung mit Alkali das überschüssige  Chrom als Hydrat aus, filtriert und verdampft  das Filtrat zur     Tiockne.

  The metal-containing dye obtained is a dark yellow powder which dissolves in water to give a yellow color and dyes wool from acidic bath in golden-yellow shades of good flexing fastness, excellent levelness and excellent light fastness.



  <I> Example: </I> 25.3 parts of the azo dyes from diano-tated 5-chloro-2-aminoberizole-1-carbonic acid and 1- (2'.5'-disulfo-) phenyl-3-methyl- 5-pyrazolone are dissolved in 200 parts of water and refluxed for about 12 hours with a solution of chromium fluoride containing 4.6 parts of chromium oxide. The excess chromium is precipitated as a hydrate from the hot solution with alkali, filtered and the filtrate is evaporated to dryness.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen metallhaltigen Farbstoffes, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass man den Azofarbstoff aus dia- zotierter 5-Chlor-2-aminobenzol-l-karbonsäure und 1-(2'.5'-Disulfo-)phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyr- azolon mit chromabgebenden Mitteln behandelt. Der erhaltene metallhaltige Farbstoff stellt ein dunkelgelbes Pulver dar, das sich in Wasser mit gelber Farbe löst und Wolle aus saurem Bade in goldgelben Tönen von guter Walkechtheit, ausgezeichneter Egalität und vorzüglicher Lichtechtheit färbt.
