  Verfahren mir Darstellung     eines        IKfipenfarbstoffes.            lm    Hauptpatent ist ein     Verfahren    zur  Darstellung eines     Küpenfarbstoffes    beschrie  ben, bei dem     Anthanthron    mit jodierenden  Mitteln behandelt wird.  



  Es wurde nun gefunden, dass man einen  Farbstoff von ähnlichen Eigenschaften er  halten kann, wenn man     Monobromarrthan-          thron,    erhalten z.     B.    durch     Biomieren    von       Anthanthron    oder durch Überführen von       Monoaminoanthanthron    nach     Sandrneyer    in       Bromanthanthron,        jodiert.     



  Der erhaltene     Farbstoff,    ein     Bromjod-          anthanthron,    stimmt in seinen Eigenschaften  mit dem des gemäss dem Schweiz. Patent  Nr. 149901 erhaltenen     Farbstoff        überein.     



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  76 Teile     Monobromanthanthron    (darge  stellt durch     Diazotieren    von     Monoaminoanth-          anthron    und Ersatz der     Diazogruppe    durch  Brom nach     Sandmeyer    mittelst     Kupferbromür)       werden in<B>360</B> Teilen     lllonohydrat    gelöst und  mit 26 Teilen Jod jodiert.

   Nach     Beendigung     der Reaktion     @.vird    das gebildete     Bromjod-          anthanthron    durch Zugabe vorn verdünnter  Schwefelsäure oder Eis in Form seines Sul  fates abgeschieden, abgesaugt und dieses in  der     üblichen    Weise mit Wasser zersetzt.

Der erhaltene Farbstoff, ein Bromjod anthanthron, stimmt mit seinen Eigenschaften mit dem des gemäss dein Schweiz. Patent Nr. 149901 erhaltenen Farbstoff überein.
