Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Küpenfarbstoües. Es ist bekannt, dass man einen echten, zitronengelbe Färbungen liefernden Küpen- farbstoff erhält, wenn man 1-Chlor-2-acet- aminoanthrachinon mit Schwefel erhitzt.
Es wurde nun gefunden, dass man diesen Farbstoff technisch wesentlich bequemer und in besserer Ausbeute darstellen kann, wenn man auf 1-Merkapto-2-aminoanthrachinon Glyogal, zum Beispiel in Form der Bisulfit- verbindung, einwirken lässt.
Beispiel: 10 Teile 1-Merkapto-2-aminoanthrachinon oder dessen Disulfid werden in 100 Teilen Schwefelsäure von<B>66'</B> B6 gelöst. Dann wer den 5,6 Teile Glyoxal-Natriumbisulfit ein getragen. Das Ganze wird darauf eine Vier- telstunde auf 90 bis 100 erhitzt. Dabei geht die anfangs grüngelbe Farbe der Lösung in gelbrot über. Nach dem Erkalten wird in Wasser gerührt, abfiltriert und ausgewaschen.
Der erhaltene grünstichig gelbe Farbstoff ist in dieser Form zum Färben geeignet, kann aber gewünschtenfalls durch Kochen mit Natriumhypochloritlösung noch weiter gereinigt werden.
Process for the production of a vat dye. It is known that a true, lemon-yellow color is obtained by heating 1-chloro-2-acetaminoanthraquinone with sulfur.
It has now been found that this dye can be produced technically much more conveniently and in better yield if 1-mercapto-2-aminoanthraquinone glyogal, for example in the form of the bisulfite compound, is allowed to act.
Example: 10 parts of 1-mercapto-2-aminoanthraquinone or its disulfide are dissolved in 100 parts of sulfuric acid of <B> 66 '</B> B6. Then who carried the 5.6 parts of glyoxal sodium bisulfite. The whole thing is then heated to 90 to 100 for a quarter of an hour. The initially green-yellow color of the solution changes to yellow-red. After cooling, the mixture is stirred in water, filtered off and washed out.
The greenish yellow dye obtained is suitable for dyeing in this form, but can, if desired, be further purified by boiling with sodium hypochlorite solution.
