Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Küpenfarbstoües. Gemäss dem Verfahren ,des Hauptpatentes erhält man einen echte, zitronengelben Fär bungen liefernden Küpenfarbsto.ff, wenn man auf 1- Xerkapto-2-aminoauthrauchinon Gly- oxal, zum Beispiel in Form der Bisulfitver- bindung, einwirken lässt.
Es wurde nun gefunden, d.a,ss man diesen Farbstoff ebenfalls darstellen kann, wenn man auf 1-Merkapto-2-aminoanthraehinon -das leicht zugängliche Glyoxalsulfat einwirken lässt.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 10 Teile 1-M.erkapto-2-.aminoanthra,chinon oder dessen Disulfit werden in 100 Teilen Schwefelsäure von<B>66'</B> Be gelöst. Dann wer den 4,.7 Teile Glyoxals.ulfat eingetragen. Das Ganze wird darauf 1/a Stunde auf 90 bis <B>100'</B> erhitzt. Dabei geht die anfangs grüngelbe Farbe der Lösung in gelbrot über.
Nach dem Erkalten wird in Wasser .gerührt, abfiltriert und ausgewaschen. Der erhaltene .grünstichig gelbe Farbstoff ist in dieser Form zum Fär ben geeignet, kann aber gewünschtenfälls durch Kochen mit Natriumhypo,chlori.dlösung noch weiter gereinigt werden.

The whole thing is then heated to 90 to <B> 100 '</B> for 1 / a hour. The initially green-yellow color of the solution changes to yellow-red.
After cooling, it is stirred in water, filtered off and washed out. The greenish yellow dye obtained is suitable for dyeing in this form, but can, if desired, be further purified by boiling with sodium hypochlorite solution.
