  Zusatzpatent zum Hauptpatent     Nr.    101614-    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen     Azofarbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden,     dass    man einen neuen       Azofarbstoff    erhält, wenn man das     4-Chlor-l-          oxynaphthalin-8-sulfamid    mit der     Diazover-          bindung    aus der     Sulfanilsäure    kuppelt. Der  neue Farbstoff bildet ein rotbraunes Pulver,  löst- sich in Wasser mit roter, in Natronlauge  mit     rotvioleiter    und in konzentrierter Schwe  felsäure mit     violettbordeaux    Farbe.

   Er färbt  Wolle aus saurem Bade in roten Tönen an.    <I>Beispiel:</I>    In eine feine wässerige Suspension von  <B>25,7</B> Teilen     4-Chlor-l-oxynaplithalin-8-sulf-          amid        lässt    man die     Diazoverbindung    aus<B>17,3</B>  Teilen     Sulfanilsäure    einfliessen und rührt bis  zur Vollendung der Kupplung. Hierauf wird    der gebildete Farbstoff durch     Aussalzen    -ab  geschieden, filtriert und getrocknet.

Der neue Farbstoff bildet ein rotbraunes Pulver, löst sieh in Wasser mit roter, in Natronlauge mit rotvioletter und in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit violettbor- deaux Farbe.
