Description
Verfahren zur Gewinnung einer hochkonzentrierten wässerigen Lösung eines Salzes der 3.ü-Dijod-2-pyridon-N-essigsäure. Das Hauptpatent betrifft ein Verfahren zur Gewinnung einer hochkonzentrierten wässeri gen Lösung eines Salzes der 3.
5 - Dijod - 4- pyridon - N - essigsäure, welches dadurch ge kennzeichnet ist, dass man die 3.5-Dijod-4- pyridoii-N-essigsäure in wässerigem Medium mit Diäthylamin behandelt.
Das Zusatzpatent Nr. 163441 betrifft die Herstellung einer konzentrierten Lösung eines Salzes der 3.5-Dijod-4-pyridon-N-essigsäure durch Behandlung dieser Säure mit Bis-oxy- äthylamin.
Es wurde nun gefunden, dass man auch zu einer hochkonzentrierten Lösung eines Salzes der 3.5-Dijod-2-pyridon-N-essigsäui-e gelangen kann, wenn mau diese Säure in wässerigem Medium mit Bis - oxyäthylamin behandelt. Die Lösung soll als Röntgenkon trastmittel Verwendung finden. <I>Beispiel:</I> 10,1 gr 3.5-Dijod-2-pyridon-N-essigsäure werden in 2,6 gr Bis oxyäthylamin und 20 cm3 Wasser unter Erwärmung gelöst.
Die Lösung in 100 eins enthält 50,5 gr 3.5-Dijod-2-pyri- don-N-essigsäui#e in Form des Bis-oxyäthyl- aminsalzes.

The additional patent no. 163441 relates to the preparation of a concentrated solution of a salt of 3,5-diiodo-4-pyridone-N-acetic acid by treating this acid with bis-oxyethylamine.
It has now been found that a highly concentrated solution of a salt of 3,5-diiodo-2-pyridone-N-acetic acid can also be obtained if this acid is treated with bis-oxyethylamine in an aqueous medium. The solution should be used as an X-ray contrast medium. <I> Example: </I> 10.1 g of 3.5-diiodo-2-pyridone-N-acetic acid are dissolved in 2.6 g of bis-oxyethylamine and 20 cm3 of water while heating.
The solution in 100 one contains 50.5 grams of 3.5-diiodine-2-pyridone-N-acetic acid in the form of the bis-oxyethylamine salt.
