Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Eisenkomplexsalzes. Es wurde gefunden, dass man für phar mazeutische Zwecke wertvolle Eisenkomplex salze aus den Polyoxycarbonsäuren der Pentan- und Hexanreihe darstellen kann.
Gegenstand des Patentes ist ein Verfahr ren zur Herstellung von eisenglukonsaurern Natrium. Das Verfahren ist dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass man Eisenhydroxyd und Glu- konsä ure unter Zusatz von soviel Natronlauge aufeinander einwirken lässt, dass das in Was ser neutral lösliche Natriumsalz gebildet wird. Dabei kann das Eisenhydroxyd auch in statu nascendi Anwendung finden.
Das eisenglukonsaure Natrium ist ein gelbes, in Wasser sehr leicht und neutral lösliches Pulver. Es soll zur Herstellung von eisenhaltigen Injektionslösungen Verwen dung finden.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 8,72 Teile glukonsaures Natrium und 5,4 Teile Eisenchforid werden in zirka 1"u0 Tei len Wasser gelöst, mit Natronlauge neutra lisiert und unter Umrühren in Methylalkohol gegossen, wobei das eisenglukonsaure Natrium \ausfällt. Der Niederschlag wird abgenutscht, mit Methylalkohol ausgewaschen und ge trocknet. Man erhält 12,5 Teile eines gelben, in Wasser sehr leicht löslichen Pulvers.

The subject of the patent is a Verfahr Ren for the production of iron gluconic acid sodium. The process is characterized in that iron hydroxide and gluconic acid are allowed to act on one another with the addition of enough sodium hydroxide solution to form the sodium salt, which is neutrally soluble in water. The iron hydroxide can also be used in statu nascendi.
Sodium iron gluconic acid is a yellow powder that is very easily and neutrally soluble in water. It should find use for the production of iron-containing injection solutions.
<I> Example: </I> 8.72 parts of sodium gluconate and 5.4 parts of iron chloride are dissolved in about 1 "u0 parts of water, neutralized with sodium hydroxide solution and poured into methyl alcohol while stirring, whereupon the sodium iron gluconic acid precipitates. The precipitate is filtered off with suction, washed out with methyl alcohol and dried, giving 12.5 parts of a yellow powder which is very readily soluble in water.
