Abstract

L'invention concerne un processus de traitement continu de surface de bobines, qui est approprié pour une bobine aussi bien en feuille d'alliage d'aluminium 5XXX qu'en feuille d'alliage d'aluminium 6XXX. Le processus comprend les étapes successives de gravure de la surface avec une solution acide exempte de fluor ; de rinçage avec de l'eau désionisée ; d'application d'une solution de conversion comprenant du titane et du zirconium, et de séchage. Selon l'invention, le procédé de traitement de surface est respectueux de l'environnement et permet la production des surfaces traitées d'une manière efficace et fiable aussi bien pour des alliages 5XXX que pour des alliages 6XXX. Le procédé est particulièrement adapté à la production de feuilles d'alliage d'aluminium pour l'industrie automobile.
