Abstract

L'invention concerne un traitement de matériaux effectué dans une région de traitement (124) au moyen d'au moins deux sources d'énergie, comme par exemple (i) un plasma sous pression atmosphérique (AP) et (ii) un laser ultraviolet (UV) dirigé vers le plasma et facultativement, vers le matériau en cours de traitement. Des matériaux précurseurs (323) peuvent être préalablement délivrés et un matériau de finition (327) peut être délivré après le traitement. Des électrodes (e1, e2) destinées à générer le plasma peuvent comprendre deux rouleaux mutuellement espacés (212/214 ; 412/414 ; 436/438). Des rouleaux pinceurs (416/418 ; 436/438) adjacents aux rouleaux d'électrodes (412/414) définissent une cavité semi-étanche à l'air (440) et peuvent porter une couche extérieure métallique (437/439).
