Abstract
Ci-après un procédé de production d'un dérivé d'oligosaccharides à partir d'un mélange d'oligosaccharides. Ce procédé est caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte une étape (a) d'introduction d'un groupe lipophile dans les oligosaccharides du mélange pour obtenir un mélange de dérivés d'oligosaccharides, et une étape (b) de traitement du mélange dérivé d'oligosaccharides par chromatographie en colonne par affinité à la sérotonine.
