Abstract

Cette invention concerne un système de suspension qui supporte en pivotement une roue d'un véhicule automobile. Un bras de commande supérieur et un bras de commande inférieur sont aptes à coopérer avec une tige qui supporte la roue. Un amortisseur de vibrations est apte à coopérer avec le bras de commande supérieur. Une biellette interconnecte le bras de commande inférieur et une des extrémités terminales de l'amortisseur de vibrations définissant ainsi un axe commun de bissection de la biellette. L'amortisseur de vibrations se déplace le long de l'axe commun pour absorber les vibrations transférées à partir d'une surface de route et à travers la roue.
