Abstract
L'invention concerne un équipement de régulation du débit sanguin dans un circuit sanguin extra-corporel, comprenant au moins un premier capteur (11) destiné à mesurer une pression artérielle (Part) en amont d'une pompe péristaltique (9); au moins un second capteur (12) destiné à mesurer une vitesse angulaire (.omega.) de la pompe péristaltique; une mémoire (14) destinée à stocker au moins une valeur établie (Qset) du débit sanguin désiré dans la branche d'accès, et une fonction (F) d'étalonnage au moins dans les variables (v1) associées à la vitesse angulaire (.omega.) de la pompe, (v2) associées à la pression artérielle (Part) dans la partie de ladite branche d'accès en amont de la pompe péristaltique, (v3) associées à un débit sanguin réel (Qactual) dans ladite branche d'accès; et au moins une unité (13) de commande pouvant calculer une valeur de débit réel (Qactual) en appliquant la fonction F aux valeurs de vitesse angulaire et de pression artérielle (Part, .omega.) mesurées par les capteurs, en comparant le débit réel (Qactual) au débit désiré (Qset), et en faisant varier la vitesse angulaire de ladite pompe péristaltique si la valeur de Qactual - Qset se situe en dehors d'une gamme de valeurs prédéterminée.
