Description
例えば国際公開第WO02/053212号パンフレット又は第WO98/17193号パンフレットに記載されているような他の方法も又、体外血液中の標的変化及びこの中の経時的な変化を検出することが必要である点において共通している。
米国特許第4,894,164号明細書は、体外血液処理中における患者の熱収支を測定すると共にこれに影響を与える方法及び装置を記載している。瘻内流量の測定は、行われない。
本発明は一般に、血液を運搬するラインが人体の外部に延びる場合(例えば、in-vitro用途をも含む)であってもかかるラインに使用できる。
血液チャンバ3と透析流体チャンバ5は、半透膜4によって分離されている。
Claims (15)
- 血液運搬ライン(40)中の血液流量を測定する装置であって、
血液運搬ライン(40)から分岐し、血液を血液運搬ラインから取り出す動脈ライン(14)を有し、
血液運搬ライン(40)中に開口し、血液を血液運搬ラインに送り込む静脈ライン(15)を有し、
値YAの動脈ライン(14)及び値YBの静脈ライン(15)中の血液の物理化学的変数Yを測定する動脈測定手段(20)及び静脈測定手段(22)を有し、前記変数は、測定期間にわたり一定であり、
動脈測定手段(20)及び静脈測定手段(22)に連結された分析器ユニット(27)を有し、分析器ユニットは、血液運搬ライン(40)に出し入れされる物理学的変数Yから導き出される変数Xの正味の流量dX/dtを、動脈ライン(14)を通って取り出される流量dXA/dtと静脈ライン(15)を通って送り込まれる流量dXV/dtの差として値YA及びYVから求めるように構成されており、分析器ユニットは又、正味の流量dX/dtを用いて血液流量QFを求めるように構成されている、装置。 - 動脈ライン(14)及び静脈ライン(15)中の血液流量QBを検出すると共に(或いは)調整する手段(18)が設けられている、請求項1記載の装置。
- 血液流量QBを検出する手段は、分析器ユニット(27)に接続された流量センサから成る、請求項2記載の装置。
- 血液流量QBを検出する手段は、血液ポンプ(16)の吐出量を設定するために用いられる制御ユニット(18)から成り、前記制御ユニットは、動脈ライン(14)及び(又は)静脈ライン(15)中に設けられていて、分析器ユニット(27)に接続されている、請求項3記載の装置。
- 物理化学的変数Yは、血液の単位容積当たりの熱エネルギを表し、これから導き出された変数Xは、血液運搬ライン(40)中の血液の熱エネルギEを表している、請求項2〜4のうちいずれか一に記載の装置。
- 物理化学的変数Yは、血液中の物質の濃度cであり、Xは、血液運搬ライン(40)中のこの物質の量Cである、請求項2〜4のうちいずれか一に記載の装置。
- 動脈ライン(14)及び静脈ライン(15)は、血液処理装置の体外血液循環系(2)の一部である、請求項1〜11のうちいずれか一に記載の装置。
- 血液処理装置は、血液透析装置である、請求項12記載の装置。
- 測定されるべき血液流量QFは、患者の血管中、特に動静脈瘻又はシャント中の血液流量である、請求項12又は13記載の装置。
- 血液流量QFを表示するのに適したディスプレイユニット(28)を有する、請求項1〜14のうちいずれか一に記載の装置。
