Abstract
Description
on dispose une première pluralité de briques horizontalement pour former la longueur souhaitée du mur, de manière à ce que le tenon de chaque brique soit sur la 20 tranche supérieure ;
on introduit verticalement dans les mortaises de deux briques adjacentes une des réglettes ;
on dispose une deuxième pluralité de briques horizontalement sur la première pluralité par coulissement en faisant coopérer les tenons de la premiêre pluralité de briques avec les mortaises correspondantes de la deuxième pluralité de briques ;
on introduit verticalement dans les mortaises de deux briques adjacentes une des réglettes ;
et ainsi de suite jusqu'à obtention de la hauteur souhaitée du mur ;
on introduit les tenons des briques supérieures dans la mortaise des entraits ou pannes ;
on dispose verticalement, à chaque extrémité latérale du mur, les poteaux et/ou chambranles et/ou dormants, de manière à ce que les mortaises extérieures des briques d'extrémité et des poteaux, chambranles ou dormants soient en regard;
La Figure 1 représente schëmatiquement vue de face une brique conforme â la présente invention ;
La Figure 2 représente en perspective la brique de la Figure 1 ;
La Figure 3 reprêsente, en perspective, la réglette conforme à l'invention ;
La Figure 4 illustre, en coupe horizontale, la jonction de deux briques latéralement adjacentes ;
La Figure 5 illustre, en coupe verticale, la jonction de deux briques posées l'une au-dessus de l'autre ;
La Figure 6 représente, en coupe horizontale, un poteau d'angle et sa jonction aux briques de deux murs ;
La Figure 7 illustre, en coupe horizontale la jonction d'un mur et d'un dormant ;
on dispose une premiêre pluralité de briques 10 horizontalement pour former la longueur souhaitée du mur, de manière à ce que le tenon 24 de chaque brique soit sur la tranche supérieure ;
on introduit verticalement dans les mortaises 26, 30 de deux briques adjacentes une des réglettes 50 ;
de briques avec les mortaises correspondantes 28 de la deuxième pluralité de briques ;
on introduit verticalement dans les mortaises 26, 30 de deux briques adjacentes une des réglettes 50 ;
et ainsi de suite jusqu'à obtention de la hauteur souhaitée du mur ;
on introduit les tenons 24 des briques supérieures dans la mortaise des dormants 42, entraits ou pannes ;
on dispose verticalement, à chaque extrémité latérale du mur, les poteaux 40 et/ou chambranles et/ou dormants 60, de manière à ce que les mortaises extérieures 26, 30 des briques d'extrémité et des poteaux 50 ou chambranles ou dormants ~0 soient en regard;
Set of Construction Elements The present invention relates to a set of building elements and the method of construction of a wall implementing this set of elements of construction.
There is a need on the market for easy to implement and economical for make a shed, a bungalow, a wall or equivalent, in a very short time, without any specific knowledge, and without using cement or glue.
The resulting construction must, however, present all the rigidity required, and be able to be everything also easily demolished and / or rebuilt elsewhere and / or differently.
These building elements must also can be modeled to determine a construction game for kids.
In terms of building them, we know the DE-A-198 45 160 which describes blocks of substantially parallelepiped shaped construction having on their lateral faces counter grooves stripped closed at one end in the axial direction and in which a coupling element can be inserted connecting the blocks two to two. Nothing is planned for lock the blocks one above the other, which implies a construction by successive layers, the layers being unstable relative to each other.
This disadvantage is eliminated in the game of construction described in EP-A-0 911 070 which describes cubic building blocks, an orifice being practiced on each of the faces of the cube to introduce a connecting pin between two adjacent cubes. I1 arises then a technical problem when the user wishes 25 install such a cube at a location where the cube must simultaneously accommodate perpendicular dowels between them, ie when the user wishes to mount a wall of hands two rows of blocks because it must so first completely complete each row and then fix the rows to each other.
Outside the realm of games, we could cannulate EP-A-1050 636 a modular system consisting of boards of horizontally arranged on each other and 2S glued together. Such a system gives a character massive and definitive to the construction, and can not be implementation easily.
Cannait also document US-A-5 996 302 which describes a system of assembly of a series of planks of wood using mortises and tenons. The locking is ensured by means of dowels making the relatively complex and impractical system if not for a very knowledgeable handyman or a person skilled in wood.
The document EP-A-0 898 027 was also molded building blocks each presenting on upper and lower slices a relief respectively male and female intended to promote the establishment of a Wall. These blocks require the use of a cement between each block.
US-A-2,688,245 shows that it is known to make bricks interlocking with each other position.
The invention lies in the context and has for to obviate the aforementioned drawbacks of the prior art, while reaching the goals that were previously described.
The present invention therefore relates firstly a set of Construction elements including bricks, poles, jambs, dormant, pierced and breakdowns, each brick affecting the. form of a parallelepiped rectangle with two opposite surfaces substantially flat parallels constituting a wall of a specified height and length, separated by four successive sides forming slice of the brick, one of the Sides of the brick has a tenon on part of its length, while a mortise is practiced in the three other sides over their entire length, the tenons and mortises on the sides of the brick affixing the shape of tails respectively male and female, the locking strips affecting in section the shape of two opposite male dovetails joined together small sides. This is in accordance with the teaching of DE-A-1 802 464.
According to the invention, at least one of the surfaces opposites of each brick has, in its end low, a drip edge and, in its upper end, a partially recessed molding, so that water rain flowing down the drip edge of a brick fall into the molding of the lower brick.
The presence of drips on at least one outer face allows to prohibit the waters of runoff to come stagnate in the mortises horizontal.
Preferably, the tenon is on the edge horizontal top of each brick, allowing make a wall without having to bury the lower part of the first horizontal row of bricks.
Advantageously, at least one mortise is practiced along the length of the posts, jambs, dormant, stuck and breakdowns.
Preferably also, bricks, poles, shackles, dormant, intertwined and failures are a material selected from wood and plastic.
The invention, in another aspect, relates to also a process for making a wall works the building elements that have just been described.
This process comprises the following steps.
we have a first plurality of bricks horizontally to form the desired length of the wall, so that the tenon of each brick is on the Upper bracket;
we introduce vertically into the mortises of two adjacent bricks one of the strips;
we have a second plurality of bricks horizontally on the first plurality by sliding by having the tenons of the first plurality of bricks with the corresponding mortises of the second plurality of bricks;
we introduce vertically into the mortises of two adjacent bricks one of the strips;
and so on until you get the height desired wall;
we insert the tenons of the upper bricks into mortise ties or breakdowns;
vertically, at each lateral end of the wall, the posts and / or doorframes and / or dormant so that the outer mortises of the bricks end posts and posts, jambs or dormant opposite;
we introduce vertically into the mortises outer end bricks and poles, jambs or dormant one of the strips.
The invention will be better understood, and others purposes, advantages and characteristics of it will appear more clearly on reading the description following of preferred embodiments given as non-limiting and to which three plates of drawings are annexed to which.
Figure 1 schematically shows a front view of a brick according to the present invention;
Figure 2 shows in perspective the brick of the Figure 1 ;
Figure 3 shows, in perspective, the ruler according to the invention;
Figure 4 illustrates, in horizontal section, the junction of two laterally adjacent bricks;
Figure 5 illustrates, in vertical section, the junction two bricks laid one above the other;
Figure 6 shows, in horizontal section, a corner post and its junction with bricks of two walls;
Figure 7 illustrates, in horizontal section the junction a wall and a sleeping frame;
Figure 8 illustrates, in horizontal schematic section another embodiment of a junction between two walls perpendiculars; and Figures 9 and 10 show, in vertical section, schematically representing two other modes of preferred embodiment of realization of the drip.
Referring now to the figures that come to be succinctly described, the set of elements of construction of the invention comprises bricks, poles, jambs, sleepers, stakes and failures, as well as locking strips.
We will talk here about building elements in because the technology used is that of wood, but it is obvious that these elements can also be made of molded or injected plastic, or any other appropriate material.
In Figures 1 and 2, there is shown a brick 10 according to the invention. In a mode of realization, such a wooden brick presents the following dimensions. length 40 cm, height 17 cm, thickness 7 cm. These dimensions make it possible to obtain wood bricks easily handled by anyone. who because of a weight not crippling. These dimensions are not however not limiting of the invention. He is, by elsewhere, it is necessary to provide "half-bricks", with a length of 20 cm, to allow to mount a wall with alternating bricks between two adjacent levels.
Each Z0 brick affects the shape of a parallelepiped rectangle with two opposite surfaces substantially plane parallels 12, 14. On the examples represented, the brick 10 is provided for the realization a bungalow or equivalent. The outer surface 12, subject to rainfall, so is slightly different from the inner surface 14, as will be seen later.
Both surfaces can however be subject to two weathered or not, and, therefore, be identical.
oh These two opposite surfaces 12, 14 are separated by four successive sides 16, 18, 22, forming the slice of the brick 10.
In reference to the construction of a wall, we will say hereinafter side 18 is the top side of the brick 10, the side 22 is the lower side, and the sides 15 and 20 are the lateral sides.
The upper side 18 is provided with a stud 24 which in fact protrudes, while a mortise 26, 28, 30 is practiced in the other three sides, 16, 22, 20 respectively.
Post 24 has the shape of a dovetail male, while the mortises 26, 28, 30 affect the corresponding form of female dovetails.
All the mortises of all elements of the described construction set have the same shape in section, and the tenons affect, in section, the shape complementary.
As can be seen in Figure 5 for a corner post 40, and in Figure '7 for a frame 60, poles, dormant, interlocking and breakdowns all include less than mortise 42.
Referring to Figure 5 showing in section vertically the junction of two bricks one on the other, the bricks 10 are arranged one above the other by slidably introducing a top brick the upper post 24 of a lower brick in the Mortise 28 of the upper brick. Vertical strength so is assured.
Lateral strength between two bricks adjacent areas is ensured, as shown in Figure 4 schematically representing in horizontal section two adjacent bricks, by a ruler 50, which will be described below in relation to Figure 3, introduced simultaneously in the mortise 26 of a brick and the Mortise 30 of the adjacent brick.
So each brick of the wall is solidarized, without glue or cement, to all neighboring bricks so extremely simple, which provides maximum strength for a wall thus constituted.
The locking strip 50, as illustrated in perspective in Figure 3, affects in section the shape of two opposite male dovetails joined by their short sides or, in other words, a butterfly shape. The length of the strip 50 corresponds to the height a brick, either at the height of a pole, or at the a doorframe or frame 60.
Moreover, it is essential that the (or the) surfaces) exposed to rainwater include) a drip 52 (see Figure 5) to the right of the nude partly of the brick 10. In the example shown on the Figure 5, this drip 52 is set back and presents behind it a channel 54, so as to spread the rainwater of the contact zone of two bricks situated one above each other. The channel 54 is practiced longitudinally on the lower edge of the brick 10.
5 In the upper end of the brick, on the wall 12 exposed to rainwater, is practiced a partial hollow molding 56, intended to receive water and dispose of them.
Other preferred embodiments of the drip 52 have been shown in Figures 9 and 10. On the Figure 9, the bare of the outer wall 12 protrudes to the bottom to prevent any rise of moisture towards the mortise 28. The drip 52 then cooperates directly with the recessed molding 56 whose depth is provided for this effect.
The drip edge 52 illustrated in FIG.
same type, but it has a groove 66 on its face inside, so as to form labyrinth for moisture.
It will then be possible to provide a rod 68 protruding from the upper molding 56, wand 68 which will cooperate with the groove 66 to further enhance the resistance moisture, and further promote the robustness of the construction.
However, it is not desirable to use the bricks illustrated in Figures 9 and 10 to create the first row of bricks of a wall if you want avoid digging a ground trench before building the wall.
The person skilled in the art will have understood the advantages of invention and flexibility of constructions as well obtained without using any cement or glue.
In addition, a direction is given to each brick with the upper post 24 and the molding assembly 56 - drip 52.
To make a wall, a method is implemented comprising the following steps.
there is a first plurality of bricks 10 horizontally to form the desired length of the wall, so that the post 24 of each brick is on the upper edge;
we introduce vertically into the mortises 26, 30 two adjacent bricks one of the strips 50;
there is a second plurality of bricks 10 horizontally on the first plurality by sliding by having the studs 24 of the first plurality of bricks with the corresponding mortises 28 of the second plurality of bricks;
we introduce vertically into the mortises 26, 30 two adjacent bricks one of the strips 50;
and so on until you get the height desired wall;
we insert the studs 24 of the upper bricks in the mortise of dormant 42, interlaced or breakdowns;
vertically, at each lateral end of the wall, the posts 40 and / or doorframes and / or dormant 60, in such a way that the outer mortises 26, 30 of the end bricks and poles 50 or jambs or dormant ~ 0 are opposite;
we introduce vertically into the mortises 26, 30 of the end bricks and that of the posts, jambs or dormant one of the strips 50.
The simplicity of the process is thus very Claire.
Although we have represented and described what the embodiments are currently considered to be preferred embodiments of the present invention, it is obvious that Man of Art can make different changes and modifications without departing from the scope of this invention.
For example, the outer surface 12 of each wood brick can be favorably treated for weatherproof, and the inner surface 14 can wear decorative moldings or grooves.
Also, with reference to Figure 8, where we have shown, in schematic horizontal section another mode to create a junction between two walls perpendicular made of bricks 10, it is possible to provide "interior" walls resting on a wall "outside". So, a half-pole can be first fixed to a wall by any suitable means, such as dowels, nails or screw. Preferably, these dowels, nails or screws are introduced by the mortise 42 of the half-posts not to to be visible. The perpendicular wall is then mounted as previously indicated, and a locking strip 50 is introduced vertically into the mortises opposite.
Many variants can thus be implemented in the context of the present invention.
As will be seen, the elements described can be easily standardized for a easy marketing, but without standardizing the constructions obtained with these elements.
