Abstract

The invention concerns an assembly of building elements comprising bricks (10), posts (40), sashes, frames (60), tie joists and purlins, each brick (10) being shaped like a rectangular parallelepiped having two substantially planar parallel opposite surfaces (12, 14) forming a wall with specific height and length, separated from four successive sides (16, 18, 20, 22) forming an edge with the brick. The invention is characterised in that one (18) of the sides of the brick (10) comprises a tenon (24) over part of its length, while a mortise (26, 28, 30) is provided in the three other sides (16, 22, 20) over their entire length.

Claims (4)

1 - Ensemble d'éléments de construction comprenant des briques (10), poteaux (40), chambranles, dormants (60), entraits et pannes, et des réglettes de verrouillage (50) des dits éléments entre eux, chaque brique (10) affectant la forme d'un parallèlépipède rectangle présentant deux surfaces opposées parallèles sensiblement planes (12, 14) constituant une paroi d'une hauteur et d'une longueur déterminées, séparées de quatre côtés successifs (16, 18, 20, 22) formant tranche de la dite brique, l'un (18) des dits côtés de la dite brique (10) comporte un tenon (24) sur une partie de sa longueur, tandis qu'une mortaise (26, 28, 30) est pratiquée dans les trois autres dits côtés (16, 22, 20) sur toute leur longueur, les dits tenon (24) et mortaises (26, 28, 30) des côtés de la dite brique affectant la forme de queues-d'aronde respectivement mâle et femelles, les dites réglettes de verrouillage (50) affectant en coupe la forme de deux queues-d'aronde mâles opposées réunies par leurs petits côtés, caractérisé en ce que au moins une des dites surfaces opposées (12, 14) de chaque brique comporte, dans son extrémité basse, un larmier (52) et, dans son extrémité supérieure, une moulure partielle en creux (56), de telle manière que des eaux pluviales coulant sur le larmier (52) d'une brique tombent dans la moulure (56) de la brique inférieure. 1 - Set of building elements comprising bricks (10), posts (40), jambs, frames (60), tie-downs and purlins, and crimps locking (50) said elements together, each brick (10) affecting the shape of a parallelepiped rectangle with two opposite parallel surfaces substantially planar (12, 14) constituting a wall of a specified height and length, separated by four successive sides (16, 18, 20, 22) forming edge of the said brick, one (18) of said sides of said brick (10) has a tenon (24) over part of its length, while a mortise (26, 28, 30) is practiced in the three other sides (16, 22, 20) on their whole length, the so-called tenon (24) and mortise (26, 28, 30) sides of the said brick affecting the shape of tails -respectively male and female dovetails, the so-called locking strips (50) affecting in shape the shape of two opposite male dovetails joined by their short sides, characterized in that at least one of said opposite surfaces (12, 14) of each brick has, in its lower end, a drip (52) and, in its upper end, a partial molding recessed (56), such that rainwater flowing on the drip line (52) of a brick fall into the molding (56) of the lower brick. 2 - Ensemble selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le larmier (52) est choisi parmi un larmier en retrait et un larmier faisant saillie de la brique (10) vers le bas. 2 - assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that the teardrop (52) is chosen from among drip back and a drip protruding from the brick (10) down. 3 - Ensemble selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un canal (54) est pratiqué

7 - Ensemble d'éléments de construction selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que au moins une mortaise est pratiquée sur toute la longueur des dits poteaux (40), chambranles, dormants (60), entraits et pannes.

8 - Ensemble d'éléments de construction selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les dits briques (10), poteaux (50), chambranles, dormants (60), entraits et pannes, et réglettes de verrouillage (50), sont réalisés en un matériau choisi parmi le bois et le plastique.

9 - Procédé de réalisation d'un mur mettant en oeuvre les éléments de construction selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par les étapes suivantes :
on dispose une première pluralité de briques (10) horizontalement pour former la longueur souhaitée du mur, de manière à ce que le tenon (24) de chaque brique soit sur la tranche supérieure ;
on introduit verticalement dans les mortaises (26, 30) de deux briques adjacentes une des dites réglettes (50) ;
on dispose une deuxième pluralité de briques (10) horizontalement sur la dite première pluralité par coulissement en faisant coopérer les tenons (24) de la dite première pluralité de briques avec les mortaises (28) correspondantes de la deuxième pluralité de briques ;
on introduit verticalement dans les mortaises (26, 30) de deux briques adjacentes une des dites réglettes (50) et ainsi de suite jusqu'à obtention de la hauteur souhaitée du mur ;
on introduit les tenons (24) des briques supérieures dans la mortaise des dits entraits ou pannes ;

on dispose verticalement, à chaque extrémité latérale du dit mur, les poteaux (40), chambranles et/ou dormants (60), de manière à ce que les mortaises extérieures (26;
30) des briques d'extrémité et des dits poteaux (40), chambranles ou dormants (60) soient en regard ;
on introduit verticalement dans les mortaises extérieures (26; 30) des briques d'extrémité et celle des dits poteaux, chambranles ou montants une des dites réglettes (50).

- Procédé de réalisation d'une jonction entre deux murs perpendiculaires obtenu par la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'un demi-poteau (62) est d'abord fixé à un mur par un moyen approprié (64) , le mur perpendiculaire étant ensuite monté, et une réglette de verrouillage (50) étant enfin introduite verticalement dans les mortaises en regard.
