Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé d'extraction de jus naturel de matières végétales ligneuses, dispositif permettant la mise en oeuvre du procédé et utilisation du procédé pour la production de végétaux ligneux séchés. Le procédé d'extraction de jus naturel de matières végétales ligneuses comporte: une étape de mise en pression supérieure à la pression atmosphérique d'une enceinte étanche contenant les matières; une étape de création ou d'injection de vapeur d'eau saturante; une étape de chauffage à
coeur des matières végétales par ondes électromagnétiques;
une étape de récupération gravitaire des exsudats liquides sortant des matières végétales traitées.
