Abstract
"método e dispositivo para monitorar um acesso vascular e dispositivo para tratamento extracorpóreo de sangue que compreende um dispositivo para monitorar um acesso vascular". a presente invenção refere-se a um método e um dispositivo para monitorar um acesso vascular durante um tratamento extracorpóreo de sangue. o método e o dispositivo de acordo com a invenção são baseados no monitoramento da diferença entre a pressão venosa medida por intermédio de um sensor de pressão venosa (19) e a pressão arterial medida por intermédio de um sensor de pressão arterial (18) no circuito extracorpóreo de sangue, a dita pressão sendo chamada de pressão diferencial venosa e arterial. a invenção se baseia na descoberta de que os valores medidos da pressão venosa e arterial são sobrepostos por sinais interferentes que em geral tornam difícil avaliar de forma confiável os sinais de pressão medidos para identificar um acesso vascular defeituoso com base apenas no diferencial de pressão. de acordo com o método e o dispositivo de acordo com a invenção, determina-se uma função de teste que descreve distúrbios no circuito extracorpóreo de sangue. usa-se a dita função de teste para determinar um diferencial de pressão livre de ruídos a partir das pressões venosa e arterial medidas, sendo o dito diferencial de pressão avaliado em uma unidade de cálculo e avaliação (22) para identificar um acesso vascular defeituoso.
