Abstract
La invención se refiere a un método y a un dispositivo para el monitoreo de un acceso vascular durante un tratamiento extra-corporal de la sangre. El método y el dispositivo de acuerdo con la invención se basan en el monitoreo de la diferencia entre la presión venosa medida por medio de un sensor de presión venosa (19) y la presión arterial medida por medio de un sensor de presión arterial (18) en el circuito extra-corporal de la sangre, dicha presión se refiere como la diferencia de presión venosa y arterial. La invención se basa en el hallazgo de que los valores medidos para la presión venosa y arterial se sobreponen con señales interferentes, las cuales en general hacen difícil la evaluación confiable de las señales de presión medidas para identificar un acceso vascular defectuoso solo sobre la base de la diferencia de presión. De acuerdo con el método y el dispositivo de acuerdo con la invención, se determina una función de prueba que describe las perturbaciones en el circuito extra-corporal de la sangre. Dicha función de prueba se usa para determinar una diferencia de presión libre de ruido de las presiones venosa y arterial medidas, dicha diferencia de presión se evalúa en una unidad aritmética y de evaluación (22) para identificar un acceso vascular defectuoso.
