Abstract

AçO TRATADO TERMICAMENTE PARA USO EM MOLAS DE ALTA RESISTêNCIA A presente invenção refere-se a um aço termicamente tratado para uso em molas que é bobinado a frio, pode alcançar tanto uma resistência atmosférica quanto capacidade de trabalho no bobinamento, tem um limite de resistência à tração de 2000 MPa ou mais, e pode melhorar a performance como uma mola pelo tratamento térmico após a conformação da mola, isto é, o aço tratado termicamente para mola de alta resistência contendo, em % em massa, C: 0,45 a 0,9%, Si: 1,0 a 3,0%, Mn: 0,1 a 2,0%, V: acima de 0,1 a 1,0%, N: limitado a 0,007% ou menos, e um saldo de Fe e as inevitáveis impurezas, e satisfazendo, em termos do valor analisado do resíduo extraído após o tratamento térmico, a expressão ¢quantidade de V no filtrado, filtrado por um filtro de 0,2 <109>m (% em massa)! <242> ¢quantidade de V no aço (% em massa)! x 0,4.
