Abstract

LIGA DE AÇO PARA AÇO DE ALTA RESISTÊNCIA E BAIXA LIGA. A invenção refere-se a um aço bainítico isento de carbonetos de alta resistência e baixa liga para produção de tiras, chapas e tubos com a seguinte composição química (em % em peso): 0,10 - 0,70 C, 0,25 - 4,00 Si, 0,05 - 3,00 Al, 1,00 - 3,00 Mn, 0,10 - 2,00 Cr, 0,001 - 0,50 Nb, 0,001 - 0,025 N, max 0,15 P, max 0,05 S, o restante sendo elementos residuais de ferro e aço com adição opcional de um mais elementos entre Mo, Ni, Co, W, Nb, Ti, ou V e Zr e terras raras com a condição de que para evitar precipitações primárias de AlN, a condição Al x N < 5 x 10-3 (% em peso) e para suprimir a formação de cementita, a condição Si + Al > 4 x C (% em peso) são satisfeitas.
