Abstract

COMPOSIÇÃO CURÁVEL EM UMA PARTE, ADESIVO, ESPUMA, SELANTE, ELASTÔMERO,REVESTIMENTO, E, MÉTODOS PARA PREPARAR UMA COMPOSIÇÃO EM UMA PARTE, E PARA LIGAR PELO MENOS DOIS SUBSTRATOS. Catalisadores básicos encapsulados, na presença de doadores e receptores Michael, resultam em composições úteis como adesivos, selantes, revestimentos, elastômeros, filmes e espumas, por proporcionarem um controle sem precedentes em relação à vida em recipiente e à razão de cura de um sistema de multicomponentes de duas-partes, permitindo o uso na forma de uma composição em uma parte. Os catalisadores encapsulados evitam a reação prematura dos diversos reagentes durante a armazenagem e o processamento e, mesmo assim, pela ruptura das cápsulas por um evento predeterminado, tal como pela aplicação de calor, pressão ou solvatação, produzem uma cura rápida. O uso de catalisadores encapsulados proporciona um controle sem precedentes em relação à vida em recipiente e à razão de cura, em relação às composições anteriormente contempladas. Assim sendo, o uso de catalisadores encapsulados resulta também no potencial para composições de adição de Michael em uma parte não conhecidas até o presente. O uso de catalisadores encapsulados permite ainda um desenvolvimento de resistência de ligação inicial mais rápido por proporcionar uma cura muito rápida pela ruptura das cápsulas.
