Abstract
MÉTODO DE PREPARAÇÃO DE ADITIVO PARA REVESTIMENTOS PROJETADOS PARA PROTEGER AS SUPERFÍCIES E ADITIVO PARA REVESTIMENTOS PROJETADOS PARA PROTEGER AS SUPERFÍCIES, a presente invenção refere-e a um método de obtenção de um aditivo para os revestimentos que contém nanopartículas de um ou mais compostos, preferívelmente metálicos, selecionados em relação à propriedade que é desejada para ser transferida para o revestimento, que compreende uma primeira fase de pré-tratamento, na qual o conteúdo de água do agente ativo é reduzido, substituindo-o com o veículo compatível com o revestimento, e uma segunda fase na qual é misturado com uma resina compatível com o revestimento, um dispersante e um solvente, que também são compatíveis com este; o aditivo produzido por este métodos contém nanopartículas de um ou mais compostos, preferivelmente metálicos, que se tornam dispersos homogeneamente no revestimento ao ser incorporado a este.
