Abstract
nanoemulsão, metodo, e, uso de um composto e de uma nanoemulsão a presente invenção apresenta uma nanoemulsão melhorada composta de uma faixa uniforme e distinta de diâmetros de partículas muito pequenas com tamanho nano. esta uniformidade resulta em uma biodisponibilidade melhorada dos compostos incorporados (i.e., farmacêuticos ou nutracêuticos) conforme refletido em vários parâmetros fármaco-cinéticos, incluindo, mas não limitados a, tmax reduzida, cmax aumentada, e auc aumentada. o método melhorado de produção destas nanoemulsões uniformes utiliza microfluidização, que é diferente, tanto no processo como na mecânica, quando comparado com as técnicas convencionais de moagem e trituração usadas para gerar composições de nanopartículas. além disso, a melhoria resulta, em parte, de uma etapa nova de mistura de um composto substancialmente solúvel em um meio de dispersão aquecido. isto é diferente dos métodos atuais de composição de nanopartículas que misturam um composto insolúvel com um meio de dispersão não aquecido. além disso, observou-se que estas nanoemulsões sãoresistentes a bactérias e são estáveis em extremos, tanto de alterações de temperatura como de pil. em conseqúência, espera-se que estas nanoemulsões tenham uma vida de prateleira mais significativamenteprolongada do que as nanoemulsões disponíveis atualmente.
